• Blade material: Core made of 1060 carbon steel (shintetsu) for greater flexibility, wrapped in successive layers of T10 and 1095 steels that are forged and folded repeatedly (Damascus / kawatetsu process), resulting in a unique pattern of approximately 32,768 layers in the Honsanmai style. A strategic combination with a Damascus outer layer, uniting toughness and exceptional edge retention. Professionally heat-treated and polished through multiple stages.
• Edge condition: Sharpened through 12 polishing processes.
• Tsuka (handle): Silk, wood, and genuine ray skin.
• Tsuba (guard): Metal fusion.
