Low quality connectors, weak enclosure, external consumer-grade power supply, and overall barebones design that all contribute to a generally unreliable piece of equipment. Theatrixx wanted to change that, so they designed the xVision Video Converters.

Game changer

I never write reviews and this will be short. This book is a game changer for me. Erin presents an organized knowledgeable review of Midterm rentals with lots of legal advise, check lists, and common sense. This information has taken the scary out of starting a business using my basement. My book is well worn from reading it so many times. Have ordered her second book and will wear it out also. Loved this book !!!

Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!
