My machine is not recognizing the hoop and gives an error message. How can I fix this?
If your PFAFF or Viking embroidery machine does not detect the MaggieFrame hoop, confirm it is fully locked into the carriage until it clicks. Then manually select the matching hoop size (240 × 150 mm) on your machine’s screen, since magnetic hoops may not auto-register.
