A medida que el Cognac madura en barricas de roble, se produce una evaporación lenta, refinando la calidad y concentrando los mejores sabores y aromas. Durante siglos, el alcoholque se evapora durante el proceso de envejecimiento se ha conocido como la mítica "Parte de los Ángeles". Lo que queda en la barrica es una pequeña cantidad de Cognac después de muchos años de maduración y evaporación. Nuestros antepasados lo llamaron la "Selección del ángel" y nosotros lo llamamos "Sélection des Anges".

I like these boots because I have a wide foot and even though I bought the 12 and NOT the 12W there is plenty of width. Very comfortable boot. I have put this pair through about 1000 miles mostly on asphalt, ice and snow. Very little actual dirt/ rocky trails. I bought them for the waterproofness and ankle support. Now the soles are getting thin and I can feel small rocks through the soles. Plus the soles are beginning to separate from the uppers and they are no longer waterproof. Not bad for 1000 miles. Still, I feel For a $55 boot they are a good value. I am 6ft and weigh 250.
