Prepare a warm foot/ankle soak using 1 cup of the herbal mixture in hot water. Prepare as a small soak for hand/wrist using 1/2 cup of blend in hot water. Prepare a full bath using 2 cups of blend in a warm bath. Soak for 30 minutes and repeat 2x daily. Do not ingest.
Comes in a resealable kraft bag. 8 oz (1/2 lb) makes 8-10 soaks, and comes with 2 mesh cotton drawstring bags for your first soaks.
