Tamron has expanded its range of Nikon Z mount lenses to bring you the Tamron 35-150mm f2-2.8 Di III VXD lens the world's first mirrorless zoom lens with a maximum wide-open aperture of f2, this high-resolution zoom lens has an incredibly versatile focal range with a wide maximum f2 aperture. This lens can cope with a variety of shooting conditions and scenarios making it an ideal lens for photographers who find themselves constantly on the move to create their photographic works.

High-Speed and Quiet Focusing 
This Tamron 35-150mm lens has been developed with a VXD (Voice-coil extreme-torque Drive) linear motor and features a high-speed and high-precision autofocus system. 

Seamless Shooting 
Tamron has designed this lens to combine the most frequently used focal lengths all within this single lens, enabling seamless shooting and eliminating the need to swap lenses.


Versatile 35-150mm focal length
The Tamron 35-150mm f2-2.8 is a must for your camera bag thanks to its truly versatile focal length. Using the wide-angle 35-50mm range is perfect for street, travel and interior shots. Move onto the 85mm range and you have the perfect lens for portraiture while the 150mm telephoto end allows you to get up close to your subject from a distance. 

You can also achieve beautiful bokeh images all through the zoom length with f2 at the wide end and f2.8 at the tele end allowing you even greater creative freedom. All of this combined gives you an impressive zoom lens that allows a multitude of photography styles without having to change your lens.

Perfect for Macro photography
This is also a great lens for macro photography. The MOD (Minimum Object Distance) is only 33mm at the wide-angle end and this produces a maximum magnification ratio of 1:5.7. This close focussing distance combined with the fast f2 aperture will allow you to create stunning depth of field shots whether it be overhead shots of food or close up photography.

Compatible with Tamron Lens Utility software
The 35-150mm f2-2.8 lens is compatible with Tamron's Lens Utility software. This software allows the user to connect the lens to a computer, via a Type A to Type C USB cable* and update the firmware through the lens.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
