Experience effortless, one-handed hood operation every time you need to pop the hood by upgrading your 2020+ Ford Transit van with Flatline Van Co Transit Hood Strut Kit. This system replaces the factory prop rod with reliable gas struts that automatically lift and secure the hood.
The Transit Hood Strut kit is a dual gas strut system that replaces the factory prop rod entirely. The struts lift and hold the hood open at an optimal angle, offering better visibility and workspace compared to the factory prop rod. Each strut has been calibrated specifically for the Transit van hood for smooth operation. And the custom steel brackets keep the brackets securely in place for twist-free and wobble-free performance.
Installation takes less than an hour with basic hand tools. All necessary hardware and instructions are provided. Skip the hassle of the manual hood prop and enjoy one of the most convenient upgrades you'll install on your Transit van with our Transit Hood Strut Kit.
