An incredible Hungarian necklace from the Arts & Crafts period (ca1900)! This artistic piece is made of gilded sterling and comprised of an elaborate coral pendant that hangs from a complimentary chain. Resting at the center of the pendant is a coral cabochon, which is held in a bezel setting and surrounded by a richly enameled border. The filigree work on the outside of the piece is incredibly ornate, and is detailed with swirled wirework, small enameled flowers, delicate natural pearls, and strands of delicate coral beads. The back of the piece displays an elaborate open wirework design that is representative of a traditional Hungarian style from the Arts & Crafts era. The pendant hangs from a matching chain made of swirled gilt links decorated with natural pearls and a flower motif. At the back of the piece, the necklace fastens together with a hidden push clasp. This well-crafted necklace is exemplary of both its era and Hungarian origin. A magnificent piece, it would make a special addition to any jewelry collection!

Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 18 1/4" long from end to end. The center pendant hangs 2" long, is 1 1/2" at the widest point, and approximately 5/8" at the thickest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling gilt setting. All of the pearls and coral beads are intact and the clasp is intact and in good working condition.

Every cybersecurity professional should read this book, probably twice
Format: Audiobook
This is the Phoenix Project for cybersecurity professionals. Every chapter of this book brought clarity and a new perspective from the way industry approaches aspects of cybersecurity. The book won’t be all things to everyone, nor is it perfect, but its the single most practical and effective approach to cybersecurity I’ve found. In a time where IT is excruciatingly complex and securing environments seems like an impossible task, this has been invaluable and has affected how I think about the future. Im not associated with the author in any way. Im just in a leadership role facing these challenges every day and I think this book may some day become mandatory reading in the field.

Actionable and pragmatic
Format: Paperback
Rick Howard's Cybersecurity First Principles is an excellent read on numerous fronts. First, I love the historical references to our profession. Second, Rick provides actionable guidance on how to make our organizations and the security programs we build more resilient. The pragmatism of Rick's recommendations cannot be overstated. You'll need a couple of pens handy given how much of the book you are likely to underline as on-going references. This is a must-read book.

Great read. Well laid out.
Format: Paperback
You can tell Rick has years of experience in the field and this book is a great distillation and alignment of security to first principle thinking. Only thing better than the book IMO is the clear passion of the author. This is certainly a must read for any cybersecurity professional.
