Moose Knuckle Ceramic CupPart# MK14C includes one Moose Knuckle #14 flared ceramic cup and a spare diffuser (diffuser designed for 3 32" tungsten). This cup is designed to work with Mild steel, Stainless steel, Chromoly, Titanium, Inconel and other space grade alloys. For use on thin to medium sized applications such as header tubes, chassis tubing and flat welding applications. The #14 Mooseknuckle ceramic cup works with a standard 45V44 gas lens when using 9, 20 or 23

This cup is designed to work with Mild steel, Stainless steel, Chromoly, Titanium, Inconel and other space grade alloys. For use on thin to medium sized applications such as header tubes, chassis tubing and flat welding applications.

The #14 Mooseknuckle ceramic cup works with a standard 45V44 gas lens when using 9, 20 or 23 Series torches.   We also sell this cup with the 9/20/23 series kit with gas lens and wedge collet under part# MC14C20KIT. If you want to use this with a 17,18 or 26 series torch you will need the adapter kit or you can purchase the complete kit MK14C17KIT.

Recommended for DC welding only.

For use with 3/32 tungsten.

Argon gas flow between 25 and 30 CFH. 

180 amp rating on constant amperage-can go higher if using pulse settings

Keep tungsten clean at all times.

Make sure to start your arc at a low amperage .  Once you have your arc established on the tip of  your tungsten then roll into the desired amperage, If your arc wanders make sure  you clean your tungsten or  else damage to the screen diffuser is possible.
