The Isil Jacket is cut slightly cropped with an easy oversized shape, designed to feel relaxed rather than formal.

A relaxed, boxy ‘soft tailored’ jacket made from a handwoven cotton-hemp blend and completely naturally dyed using roots, bark, leaves, minerals, and other plant-based ingredients. No synthetic dyes, no artificial ageing, no shortcuts. Just time, plants, and continual experimentation.

The Isil Jacket is cut slightly cropped with an easy oversized shape, designed to feel relaxed rather than formal. Details include patch pockets, two internal pockets, a chest welt pocket, a three-button opening with corozo buttons, including a single flower button, and a classic notch lapel.

R.T.S. pieces always feel especially alive to us because they keep changing. The colours shift subtly with sunlight, washing, wear, and age. They soften, fade, crease, and develop in ways that are impossible to fully predict or repeat.

Please note: the fabric begins quite stiff and will soften over time with wear and movement. If you buy they will seem quite rigid at first, especially the darker colours where the dye creates more stiffness.
