Italianavera sauces are handmade and slow-cooked in small batches over a long period of time in Campania, Southern Italy by Owner Diana Attianese. ItalianaVera is a new, entrepreneurial female-owned company in the San Marzano DOP area. Owner Diana Attianese continues her family’s passion and tradition with San Marzano and more authentic local varietals of tomato combining fresh, pure flavors and gorgeous packaging. ItalianaVera has been featured in various Italian magazines for the quality of her sauces, and has been featured as one of the Under 35 companies to watch (the founder is under 35 years of age).

Be careful of sharp edges

This is a decent organizer for the kitchen. Not too big and not too small for what I have. I like how it has two tiers so I can put soap bottles on top and sponges underneath. I also like that it just stands on the rounded edges instead of having legs. Those can start looking a little gross over time. I’m not sure if it’s just the one I bought, but you do want to be careful. Some of the welded parts had metal sticking up that I had to hammer down. The drain plate has some sharp edges. Not as sharp as a knife, but sharp enough you might cut yourself. I have another one from a different seller and just one tier, but it has a similar drain plate. That one has slightly rounded edges compared to this one. I would have like it more if the top basket was slightly taller. I get scared the glass soap dispensers I have might get knocked over easily. It would also be nice if the bottom could have a bit weight to it to avoid tipping. Overall, I would still recommend this over a single basket if you have more items you want to hold.
