No, this carpet cleaner concentrate is a low-alkaline formula that totally eliminates any need of a neutralizer. The formula is ideal for eliminating spots and stains, pretreating and for effectively preventing re-soiling. It is a 3-in-1 formula and even reduces odors.
Is This Carpet Cleaner Concentrate Only Suited to Commercial Carpets?
Though it is ideal for professional-grade extraction machines, it can work just as well in consumer-grade machines or system. It can be put to use treating and cleaning area rugs, wall to wall carpeting and upholstery along with commercial carpeting installations. How Much Does a One-Gallon Container of Carpet Cleaner Produce?

How Can Member's Mark Commercial Carpet Cleaner Concentrate Be Used a Pre-Treatment?
The formula is gentle enough for treating stubborn stains by diluting 2 oz. of the solution in 32 oz. of water and applying it directly to the stain or soiling. Left in place for only a few minutes, it can then be blotted gently for effective treatment prior to a steam cleaning or extraction process.
Does This Cleaner Work on Old Stains?
Yes, it is powerful enough to penetrate set-in stains and smells and is formulated to eliminate even the most embedded odors or stains.
