Leucine-loaded BCAAs with recovery and hydration support for the whole day

5% Nutrition All Day You May 10:1:1 BCAA isn't just a flavored amino drink. It's a caffeine-free amino and recovery mix designed to keep your body fueled with muscle-building signals and support ingredients all day, not just right before your workout. It starts with 6,000mg of BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio, then adds a bit of other essential aminos, some conditional aminos, stuff for hydration and fighting muscle breakdown, buffering for inside your cells, and vitamins that help your metabolism.

The main part is the 6g BCAA mix. With that 10:1:1 ratio, it's all about leucine. Leucine is the amino that flips the switch on mTORC1, which is the path that starts muscle protein synthesis—basically, building muscle. In real terms, this setup probably gives you more than the 2-3g of leucine that's often talked about in studies for kicking off that process. The downside? Isoleucine and valine are way lower than in a usual 2:1:1 mix. So it's awesome for leucine's muscle-building signal, but not as balanced if you're using it as your only amino source compared to a full essential amino acid (EAA) product. There's a 155mg EAA blend with phenylalanine, threonine, histidine, and methionine, but that's too low to really stand in for a full EAA dose.

The 2,800mg blend of conditional essential aminos makes this more than basic. L-glutamine helps with amino supply and recovery, though studies on it for muscle growth in healthy gym-goers aren't as strong as you'd think from how popular it is. L-carnitine L-tartrate is better for athletes, with backing for helping recovery, muscle repair, and dealing with workout damage. N-acetyl cysteine provides cysteine to make glutathione, adding a way to handle oxidative stress—which is smart for

5% All Day You May by 5% Nutrition contains 200mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio are the foundation here. This setup puts leucine front and center—it's the branched-chain amino that really kicks off mTORC1 and gets muscle protein synthesis going when you're training or dieting tough.
  • That leucine-heavy design makes this different from your standard 2:1:1 BCAA stuff. If you want to max out the muscle-building signal from your BCAAs instead of just sticking to old-school ratios, this is built for that.
  • No stimulants at all, so you can use it before workouts, during, between meals, or even late at night. It gives you training and recovery help without caffeine, which is perfect if you're an evening trainer or already getting your buzz from somewhere else.
  • 2,800mg of conditional amino support takes it beyond plain BCAAs. Glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate, and N-acetyl cysteine make it more about recovery, handling workout stress, and boosting your body's defenses.
  • L-carnitine L-tartrate is one of the better forms for athletes in supplements. It's often used to help with recovery and managing muscle damage from exercise, which fits this 'all day' vibe way better than random fillers.
  • N-acetyl cysteine brings in support for glutathione, something most amino drinks skip. For folks training hard, that's key because intense workouts ramp up oxidative stress, and NAC gives your body cysteine to keep its natural antioxidants strong.
  • 960mg of support ingredients include taurine and coconut water concentrate for better hydration. Taurine helps with cell fluid balance and muscle function, while coconut water concentrate makes this great for sipping all day instead of just being a basic BCAA drink.
  • Alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid adds a twist with a leucine byproduct that's rare in regular amino mixes. It's there to help fight muscle breakdown, backing up the already heavy leucine in the BCAAs.

5% All Day You May by 5% Nutrition contains 200mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders cutting calories who want to keep workouts strong and hold onto muscle between meals. The 6g leucine-heavy BCAAs give a solid muscle-building signal, while taurine, coconut water concentrate, and extra aminos make it easy to sip during long sessions on a tight diet.
  • Evening gym-goers needing workout fuel without caffeine. It's fully stim-free, so you can use it before or during late sessions without jacking your heart rate or ruining sleep like regular pres do.
  • Folks doing high-volume training for size with long splits. The mix of BCAAs, glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate, beta-alanine, and creatinol-O-phosphate helps with repeated sets, stress handling, and next-day bounce-back instead of just a quick buzz.
  • Athletes training fasted or with hours between eats. A leucine-focused amino drink bridges those gaps by hitting the muscle protein synthesis trigger when you can't grab a full meal.
  • Lifters who hate thick, milky drinks around workouts. This mixes light in water for steady sipping, making it practical during training when you want comfort and fluids without heaviness.
  • Contest preppers needing more than water during hard cuts. Taurine, coconut water concentrate, NAC, and aminos make it feel built for dieting, high volume, and fighting soreness or flat muscles.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 12-20 ounces of cold water based on how strong you like the flavor, then drink it 20-30 minutes before training or sip through your session. No stims mean no need to check caffeine tolerance, but if your stomach's touchy, try half a scoop first to see how you handle the free aminos, NAC, and bromelain. A shaker's best since aminos and fruit powders mix better with shaking than stirring. More water helps if you're sipping over a whole workout. It's fine on an empty stomach for quick uptake, but if aminos bug your gut, have it with a small snack. It goes great with creatine, protein powder, or a separate stim pre if you want energy this doesn't have. No need to cycle for stim reasons—daily use is smart because beta-alanine builds over time. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry spot, and avoid moisture to stop clumping.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes are about getting hydrated and easy sipping—no big kick since there's no caffeine. In 10-20 minutes, you might feel a bit more fueled or less empty, and if you're sensitive, a light tingle from the beta-alanine in the buffer mix. From 20-40 minutes, it's clutch for steady drinking to keep fluids up and aminos flowing without the ups and downs of stim stuff. 40-90 minutes feel steady, not exciting, which is great for long sessions where hydration and aminos count. Days 1-7 are mostly about easy use and workout support—no waiting for energy that doesn't come. By weeks 2-4, regular use helps with recovery and training quality, thanks to building up beta-alanine and the ongoing amino help.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much BCAA does All Day You May provide per serving?

Each scoop delivers 6,000mg of branched-chain amino acids in a 10:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine. That means the formula is intentionally leucine-heavy compared with the standard 2:1:1 blends used by most BCAA products.

What does the 10:1:1 BCAA ratio actually mean?

It means leucine is heavily prioritized over isoleucine and valine. Leucine is the primary trigger for mTOR-mediated muscle protein synthesis signaling, so this ratio is designed to emphasize anabolic signaling rather than providing a more balanced classic BCAA profile.

Is this a full EAA formula?

No. It includes a small 155mg essential amino acid support blend, but that is far below the dose needed for this to function as a true full-spectrum EAA product. Think of it as a BCAA-led amino formula with added recovery support, not a replacement for complete EAAs or protein.

Does All Day You May contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stimulant-free formula, which is one of its biggest advantages for late training sessions, intra-workout use, or stacking with a separate caffeinated pre-workout.

Can I use this during my workout instead of before?

Yes. In fact, the formula's hydration and amino profile make it especially well suited for intra-workout sipping. Taurine, coconut water concentrate, and the broader amino matrix fit that use case naturally.

Will I feel anything right away from this product?

Do not expect a stimulant rush. The immediate effect is more about hydration, ease of sipping, and a less depleted feeling during training; some users may notice mild beta-alanine tingling depending on sensitivity.

Is the beta-alanine dose clinical?

The label does not disclose the exact beta-alanine amount because it is hidden inside a 1,500mg proprietary blend with creatinol-O-phosphate. Since the total blend is only 1,500mg, the beta-alanine dose is almost certainly below the commonly studied 3.2g daily benchmark.

What are the recovery-focused ingredients in this formula?

The main recovery-positioned ingredients are L-carnitine L-tartrate, L-glutamine, N-acetyl cysteine, taurine, and HICA. Together, they give the product a broader role than a basic BCAA drink by supporting tissue stress management, hydration, and anti-catabolic positioning.

Can I stack this with creatine or a pre-workout?

Yes. It stacks especially well with standalone creatine monohydrate and with caffeinated pre-workouts, since this formula has no stimulants of its own. That lets you customize performance support without duplicating caffeine.

Is this good for dieting or contest prep?

Yes, that is one of the clearest use cases. The leucine-heavy BCAA base can help support anabolic signaling between meals, and the hydration-focused support ingredients make it useful when calories are low and training fatigue accumulates.

Excellent Robot Vacuum, Especially for the Price
Size: 11S, Size: 11S
I have been an iRobot Roomba buyer since 2007. My last Roomba bit the dust this month, and I did a ton of research before buying a replacement. I went with the Eufy for a few reasons: price point, cleaning power, quietness, and sleek design. Price: Very reasonable. Almost reasonable enough that I'd consider getting another one for my second floor. For now I'll just carry it upstairs. Cleaning power: This thing sucks... It's suction is much stronger than my Roombas have had. It picks up so much dust and pet hair. We do a full vacuum every other week with my Dyson, so I think of the robot vacuum as a supplemental vacuum. I was shocked at how much was in the dustbin after it's inaugural cleaning! The picture attached to this is from that cleaning. It also gets a ton of dust in the little dust filter. In one of the video reviews I watched, the reviewer said it didn't pick up anything in that dust filter... So maybe my carpet is particularly dusty, because it has a thick layer after each cleaning. Quietness: I work from my home office, and this thing is quiet enough that I don't even turn it off during conference calls. This might be the thing I am most impressed with. My last Roomba was LOUD-- you couldn't even have a conversation with someone in the same room, let alone someone on speakerphone. Sleek design: I love/hate this. It definitely looks modern and cool, and more like an art piece than an appliance, but it shows all my finger prints, and now I keep a glasses cleaning cloth nearby so I can rub it down. I suppose if I only use the remote and never pick it up, this won't be an issue. A few considerations: I was hoping to find a robot vacuum that wouldn't eat my carpets' tassels, but I don't think that vacuum exists. I have only used the Eufy 4 times so far, and it doesn't always get its brushes wrapped around the long tassels, but it does sometimes. It seems to realize it sooner than my Roomba did at least. The Roomba would sometimes rip gobs of them off in a single cleaning. I try to tuck them under the edge of the rug and that doesn't seem to bother Eufy. It has pulled off probably 2 tassels so far. The cleaning pattern seems pretty random. I saw some other vacuums that chart out complex maps of your home, and Eufy doesn't seem to do that. But, it doesn't seem to matter, because it still hits every spot in the rooms. I'm a little concerned about durability. My Roombas ran for many, many years with easily replaceable parts. We'll have to see if Eufy has the same longevity. All in all- I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it!

Robot Vacuum With Decent Cleaning but Too Much Maintenance
Size: E28
This robot vacuum was fairly simple to set up, and the battery life is actually pretty good. When it comes to cleaning, it does a solid job picking up dirt and debris, and overall the suction works well for everyday vacuuming. However, the navigation and sensors really missed the mark for me. It struggled to recognize certain items around my house. For example, the mat under my cat’s food bowl kept getting caught because the vacuum didn’t detect it properly. It also had trouble recognizing furniture like my ottomans and would repeatedly run into them. Another issue was how it handled different floor types. It’s supposed to be able to recognize surfaces like carpet versus hard flooring, but that didn’t always work correctly. At one point it even tried cleaning my carpet when it shouldn’t have. It also struggled with room detection and didn’t consistently recognize different areas of my home, even when placed directly in them. I bought this hoping for more of a “set it and forget it” type of appliance since I work a lot and wanted something that would keep my floors clean without much attention. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I often had to redo the mapping or move the vacuum around so it could recognize spaces and objects properly. There were a few positives though. The app is very helpful and easy to use, and the vacuum communicates clearly through notifications. It lets you know when things like the water level or cleaning bin need attention, which I appreciated. Maintenance like emptying it isn’t required very often either. It’s also a little noisy. Not extremely loud, but it talks frequently and you definitely know when it’s running. Since I work third shift and sleep during the day, that was a bit frustrating. Another issue was that it struggled to cross small entry thresholds between rooms. Even a small lip between rooms would sometimes stop it from moving into another space. In the end, I decided to return it. While it does vacuum fairly well, the navigation issues and constant adjustments made it more of a hassle than a convenience. For the price, I expected something more hands-off, and unfortunately it required more attention than it was worth for me.

Great and Easy to Use!
Size: 11S
Background: I have a shedding dog, so I bought this in hopes that by running it every-day, it would pick up on some of the dog hair on the floor. What I like: -VERY easy to use. -easy to follow instructions -has a sticker on the bottom so if it ever stops and beeps, you can flip it over and it says exactly what the beeps mean (one beep means one thing, two beeps means another--which is SUPER helpful!). -color on top clearly shows what mode it is in (blue-ready to go, orange-needs to charge, red-problem to fix-such as emptying the tray). -very quiet. I can work on stuff with it in the room and it does not bother me at all (my dog also does not mind it). -works great on white carpet and easily transitions from my living room to dining room (which has a slight bump). -when its low on battery, it does not die where it is at, it just turns off the vacuum then finds the home doc and charges itself. -just works really well. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch). -if it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away (releasing the cord or other item). However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords). What could be improved: -nothing really in particular to this. -It does not work well on anything black, but this is true for all robot vacuums. It sometimes gets stuck when it goes on the black carpet we have with the black chairs (I suspect because it can not detect them), but this has not happened often. My dog has a black mat for her food and water and it always bumps into it and spills the water, but again, this would occur with any robot vacuum. -Also, make sure the doc is against a wall because otherwise it will move and never charge (self explanatory, but I did not do the first time and it kept trying to doc and was just pushing the doc around the floor). -Finally, you do have to dump out the vacuum particles almost every time you run it (if you do a full circle/battery cycle). It is really easy to dump and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Again, nothing really negative, just something to note. Overall, I really like this! It does a nice job cleaning up the dog hair and other things that get on my floor and saves me a lot of time not vacuuming daily. If you have a dog, I would watch them with this first before you use it. My dog was initially scared of it but sniffed it's "butt" and now they are cool and she does not mind it at all. Pleased with this product and would recommend! :) **UPDATE** On another note, Eufy has amazing customer service! I received an email from them addressing each of my "what could be improved" components with more information on the product. Very impressed.

ROB is amazing.
Size: E25 Black
I have to first explain that I have named my E25, his name is now ROB and will be referred to as ROB going forward. ROB has been an amazing addition to our family and yes I said Family. ROB was easy to set up, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The first day, I followed ROB everywhere afraid he would get stuck on a rug, or would have difficulty making it over the transitions of our flooring. But ROB had no problems what so ever. And honestly, I found myself amazed at the quality and endurance of ROB. He was jumping over transitions, flipping from mop to vacuum at the proper times and would suck up a dog hair bunny from 3 feet away! As a home with 2 big dogs (over 100 pounds each) that looses enough fur to make a new sweater everyday, ROB has done an amazing job! It’s been a week with ROB and I have found that he takes no prisoners, there was an area that I didn’t want him going into because I had boxes laid out, I was lazy and just made a make shift barrier so he wouldn’t proceed through the area, but ROB was persistent and was able to move the barrier so he could do his job. So, if you want a robot that will jump a shoe wall, ROB is your man! ROB navigates around a dog toys, around dog bowls, and can even get rid of the doggy dribbles when they drink. I have ROB set up to vacuum during the day and at night, he vacuums and mops. My 2 dog sons and my family are all happy with ROB as he is quiet and doesn’t scare them. Most days they just watch ROB do his magic on our floors. ROB also cleans himself, he will run home to clean his butt after mopping and will empty his own debris from his vacuuming. I really don’t know how I survived without ROB this long!! I waited 6 months before I finally purchased ROB after seeing his brother BOB in action at my Cousins house. So don’t be like me and wait, just make the purchase. You won’t regret it.

Probably the best robot vacuum mop you can buy in this price range
Size: E25 Black
Its pretty solid device. Honestly its so smart that it vaccumed and mopped my bathroom and ofcourse the wet hair stuck on the wet floor wasnt vacuumed the first pass but it then waited for the second pass to pick it up when it was dry. Made my entire house look so clean its actually amazing. It actually mops and get all the corners with dust. One thing thouhh is the side brushes tend to get tangled with hair and thread but uts very snap on snap off brushes so removing the stuck hair is super easy and only sometimes happens. The suction is amazing too its very strong. It moos the floor with clean water with solution so its actually cleaning well. Overall 10/10
