Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty! Aged for a minimum of 7 days, these lamb cutlets are from the loin, therefore the most tender cut. Best served medium rare and paired with some mint sauce and Marshalls potatoes.
