Sage Sonic Fly Rod — Cast With Confidence. Ready for Any Application.

Whether laying down dry flies with finesse or delivering streamers to distant reaches the Sage Sonic provides uncompromised versatility with a perfect balance of power and feel. Delightfully crisp and lightweight the Sonic has a level of performance that stands out from the crowd with a fast action taper designed to cover the full range of fly fishing applications — dry flies, streamers, nymphing, floating lines to sinking. Whatever the day has in store the Sonic is ready.

Built on Konnetic Technology blanks casts with the Sonic are as intuitive as they are natural — responsive in hand with excellent tracking qualities that serious anglers will notice immediately. From the delicate presentation of a size 20 dry fly on a technical spring creek to swinging heavy streamers on a big western river the Sonic delivers the responsive feel and crisp performance that makes every cast feel effortless and every presentation feel precise.

Dressed in a stunning Juniper shaft color with charcoal primary thread wraps and gunmetal trim wraps that blend beautifully into the blank accents the Sonic sports a timeless and elegant look that fits perfectly into any fly fishing environment. The hardwood insert with anodized aluminum uplocking reel seat on 3 to 6 weight models and corrosion resistant matte slate anodized aluminum reel seat on 6 to 8 weight models complete a rod that is as beautiful to hold as it is to cast. Every Sage Sonic features an integrated hidden reel seat hook keeper and is packaged in a black rod bag with Titanium logo and Green model tag and a matte black powder coated aluminum rod tube with Sage Medallion. Good history of the court despite some bias
Format: Hardcover
This was a very interesting history of the court and a fairly good account of how it had changed as well as in other ways not changed over 2 centuries. In the final part regarding the current court, it is apparent that the author is not even handed regarding his analysis of the current justices and decisions, especially regarding anything involving President Trump. Overall, scholarly and well cited with much good analysis and explanation, at least through 80% or so of the book.

Even handed approach and approachable
Format: Kindle
The accolades provided by the book reviewers are accurate. This is accessible, non-partisan and shows a keen understanding of how our legal system has developed over the history of the US. As a practicing attorney, I found myself exclaiming over and again "wow, I didn't realize that!" throughout the read. I studied many of the cases he discusses in law school. I've read other books about the Supreme Court included Wm. Rhenquist's History of the Supreme Court and The Bretheren. Even though I was a serious student, I was enlightened by the author's telling of the story. Like a good history book, this is well-researched.

A must read at a good cost
Format: Hardcover
A recent release and should be read by everyone in order to understand the history on why we have a Supreme Court, why it is the most powerful in the world, its origins, why our founding fathers believed it was necessary and how it addressed significant events in our country's history; paperbound is the best and a good price for an depth analysis or such an important institution

You don't have to be a lawyer to read this
Format: Hardcover
I typically read my non-fiction books from cover to cover, but not this one. I'm using it as mainly a reference book. I thought the author might exhibit some 'left coast bias' but I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
