✓ Aluminium alloy foldable side rails can be folded down individually
✓ The user can hold on to any of unfolded side rail while getting in/ out of the bed
✓ Full-enclosed high configuration motor with strong, low noise & waterproof struts
✓ 24V 1AH backup battery pack for emergency operation of bed up to 15 lifting cycles during a power failure
✓ Mattress included

Please note that there is an additional manpower fee of $100 for bringing the product up/down each flight of stairs (Level 1 to level 2).
