Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is a water resistant and cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes. The intense layer of color lasts all day long. Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is Ideal for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Available in fours colors.
Directions
Do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc... before applying the eyeliner. Kiss Me Eyeliner requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly to your skin. It will take Kiss Me approximately 1 minute to set.
Removal
No Eye- makeup Remover is needed. Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Kiss Me Eyeliner. Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower). Do not use oil-based remover.
