Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC “La Reala” 2023 – Bel Colle nasce sui “bricchi” sabbiosi del Roero, una zona che dona al Nebbiolo un profilo fine, profumato e caratterizzato da tannini più morbidi rispetto alle espressioni di Langa. Le uve fermentano in acciaio a temperatura controllata per preservare integrità aromatica e freschezza, mentre l’affinamento di dodici mesi in botti di rovere, seguito da un ulteriore riposo in bottiglia, completa l’equilibrio del vino. Nel calice si presenta rosso rubino con sfumature granata. Al naso emergono viola, lampone, frutta secca e leggere note speziate. Il sorso è vellutato, con tannini eleganti e una struttura che mantiene armonia e piacevolezza. È un Nebbiolo d’Alba pensato per essere versatile e immediato, ideale con paste ricche, carni rosse o bianche e formaggi di media stagionatura.
