Combining both probe and infrared thermometers in one, the testo 104-IR features a high-precision 2-point laser and 10:1 optics. These features enable swift and accurate non-contact surface temperature measurements. This 2-in-1 thermometer is particularly valuable for verifying incoming goods and scanning the temperature of individual food items or entire pallets. When surface measurements aren't within specified thresholds, the folding probe thermometer steps in to measure the core temperature of foods like meats and sausages. The probe can be easily folded away to prevent damage.
Designed for simplicity and efficiency, the thermometer activates instantly when the probe sensor is folded down. A single button press initiates the infrared measurement, displaying results on a clear and easily readable screen. The user-friendly interface eliminates the need for complex instructions. Moreover, the thermometer is both waterproof and IP65 rated, ensuring durability.
