The FRA heating kiln is dimensioned in order to heat the composite material sheets up to 160°C for a time which is the same necessary to cool them down. After having been heated the material is taken into the FVM cold vacuum forming press where, using a jig made of MDF or plywood, the composite material is shaped by means of vacuum and membrane action. The FVM press can process working pieces with a max. height of 500 mm. As option we can offer box shaped silicon membranes able to process working pieces with a max. height of 900/1200 mm. With a special option a Sublimation Kit can be added for the transfer of images on to work pieces.
