Heavy duty DIN European mortice strongly sprung (Grade X) bathroom lock case with 22mm wide square forend and anti-rattle striking plate (with black boxed keeps), with stainless steel silent ABS insert latch bolt and deadbolt; suitable for domestic and commercial projects. and deadbolt; suitable for domestic and commercial projects. 

The bathroom lock has a backset (distance from edge of door to handle/toilet set) of 55mm and is suitable for un-sprung lever handles and only toilet sets with 5mm spindle bar.

The distance between the centre of the lever handle and toilet set is 78mm which aesthetically when viewed on a door is less cramped than conventional UK locks.

This bathroom lock also has a "grip-tight" follower that eliminates the wobble that can felt when operating the lever handles with other makers bathroom locks.

This bathlock is CE and UKCA Marked and conforms to European standard EN12209:2003 Classification 3X810G2BC00 and conforms to the dimensional characteristics of DIN 18251, Third party accredited using the UL-EU safety mark and comes with a 10 year mechanical guarantee. 

Approved for use on 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors when used in conjunction with available intumescent packs.
