Plug into any standard outlet for her hand to pass over the crystal ball and to power the sensor. The crystal ball takes 3 AG13 button cell batteries (included). The sensor is light/shadow/motion sensitive and operates the LED eyes, motions, and sounds. Helga the Fortuneteller will say one of three sayings with each activation of the sensor ("I can see your future, dearie - and it doesn't look good...but it should be pretty tasty for me - ah-hahahaha!" Good protein option with good taste

These shakes are delicious. There are a few things about them I love. First, they are gluten-free. Next, they are low in sugar. They are also low in calories, and are very tasty. They do not leave an aftertaste like a lot of protein shakes. I do find you need to really shake them well to get a good consistency. They are not clumpy, but sometimes have strands that give them a weird texture. However, this does not happen if you shake them really well. I like to blend mine with fruit, and never have this problem when I do that. They are also really convenient because you can grab them and go. The serving size is perfect too. I would recommend these if you are looking for a low sugar, protein drink.
