Upper: Cedarwood oil. Eucalyptus oil. Peppermint oil. Lemon oil. All ingredients Organic.

How to use your ceramic aromatherapy oil burner:
- Fill up the bowl on top of the oil burner with water and simply add a few drops of your Upper or Downer essential oil to the water.
- Place and light a tea light candle inside the burner. This will cause the water and oil to vaporise/evaporate which will allow the aromas to fill the room.
- To clean your water dish, simply wash in warm soapy water.
- Please remember to never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach from children and pets. .
