Welcome Giant Half Step for Rollators and Walking Frames
If you use a rollator or walking frame, you may find that it's easy enough to go about your day with the mobility aid, but it can become a struggle when you're trying to climb a step. Whether the step leads to your front door or to a garden gate, the depth of the step can be reduced by using a Welcome Giant Half Step for Rollators and Walking Frames.

The Welcome Giant Half Step is available in two sizes and is fully adjustable to best accommodate the step where it is required. The anti-slip surface creates an extra step between the ground and the doorway or next level, reducing the strain you may otherwise feel when mounting a more troublesome single step.

No Messy Installations
If you've been thinking about having a ramp or platform installed at your front door to ease the drop in height, but you've been put off by the mess, disruption, and financial expense that would all come with installation, then the Giant Half Step could be your solution. It does not require any complex installations, allowing it to be used whenever it is required without any fuss.

Even without invasive installation, the Giant Half Step remains stable and reliable. However, if you prefer peace of mind that it has been secured in place, then self-levelling fix-down feet can be purchased separately. Please see the listing for the Welcome Giant Half Step Fix-Down Feet and add these to your order if required for your Giant Half Step.

Anti-Slip Gripdeck Surface
The surface of the Giant Half Step is made from unique Gripdeck technology. The multi-directional grip surface improves safer use outdoors, and the weather-resistant nature increases both the safety and the longevity of the step, meaning it can be safely used outside your home.

Optional Handrails
Although no handrails are included with the Giant Half Step, they can be purchased separately, and in a choice of sizes, to further increase the safety of the step. They are particularly useful if you find that you are unsteady on your feet, allowing you to let go of your wheeled rollator or walking frame to look for your keys, while relying on the handrails for support. Please see the listing for the Welcome Giant Half Step Handrails for more information about the sizes available and to add them to your order.

Available Sizes
The Welcome Giant Half Step is available in a choice of two sizes, both of which are fully height adjustable, to best suit your needs. The Large size has been designed to cater to walking frames, and the Extra-Large size is ideal for use with rollators. The following sizing information applies:

Size Lengh (cm/inches) Width (cm/inches) Weight (kg)
Large 60cm (24") 75cm (29.6") 10kg
Extra-Large 75cm (29.5") 90cm (35.4") 12kg
Each step can be adjusted in height from 7.5cm to 12.5cm, and no extra tools are required. Both sizes also allow a weight capacity of up to 250kg (39 stone) for improved usability. Please select your required size from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Please note that the image of the step with handrails and feet is provided for illustrative purposes only; handrails and feet must be purchased separately.

"The Pilgrimage" is a book that will guide readers on a journey of self-discovery and growth
Format: Kindle
"The Pilgrimage: A Contemporary Quest for Ancient Wisdom" by Paulo Coelho is a powerful and thought-provoking book that takes readers on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. The book is a memoir of the author's pilgrimage on the Road to Santiago, an ancient pilgrimage route in Spain, and it is interspersed with teachings and wisdom from various spiritual traditions. One of the strengths of the book is Coelho's writing style, which is both poetic and evocative. He describes his journey in a way that is both personal and universal, and his words are filled with wisdom and insight. The author's unique perspective on the pilgrimage, his reflections and observations on the journey, and the people he met along the way make the book a very engaging read. Another strength of the book is its focus on the importance of the inner journey and the role it plays in personal growth and spiritual development. Coelho provides a fresh perspective on the topic of pilgrimage, and he offers a range of teachings and practices for cultivating self-awareness and inner wisdom. Overall, "The Pilgrimage" is a valuable and inspiring book that provides a new perspective on the topic of inner journey and pilgrimage. It is a must-read for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of spirituality and personal growth. I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. The book is well written and offers a unique perspective on the topic of pilgrimage and inner journey. However, some readers might find the author's reflections and observations on the journey too personal and subjective.

it doesn't really catch people's attention because there is nothing really funny or exciting about it
Format: Paperback
Timmy Guarascio The pilgrimage In the beginning of the Pilgrimage it starts off with Paulo at a ceremony where he is going to get his sword. This sword means a lot to Paulo because he thinks it will help him later In life and answer all his questions. He fails his test during the ceremony and has to go walk the road to Santiago and at some point in the journey he will find it. Before Paulo starts his journey he meets his master Petrus, and Petrus shows him the deeper meaning of everything that happens to Paulo on the trip. Such as meeting his devil and being attacked by the dog and meeting the women and he started talking in different tongues. But at the end he gets his sword but doesn't have any interest in him and Petrus tells him he will be asked to be a master one day and lead someone on this important trip. There are a lot of strengths to this books that can help you in life and I would no because I have tried these exercises. The strength in this book is showing how Paulo thinks and over comes his issues and his fears and gets through everything. The writing style of this books is plane, it doesn't really catch people's attention because there is nothing really funny or exciting about it. The one exciting part about this books is when Paulo has to fight the dog and he ends up nearing the dog and winning the fight. The author wants the readers to think about everything that has ever happened to them and just forget it. Such as what Paulo said about how he forgot about all the worries back home and his job and paying the bills and just focusing on what matter to him in life. I can recommend and not recommend this book to people because of the positive and negatives in this book. I would recommend this book because it makes you think about life and what Paulo went through can be relative to what everyone els goes through today. The other good thing about this book is seeing everything Paulo has to go through to get to his sword, what task he has to face and what he has to go through to make it to the end. The reason I wouldn't recommend it is because a lot of things that happen in the book don't seem to be real at all. Such as him being attacked by a dog or him having to climb a big waterfall, it doesn't seem like someone can go through all that and still walk all that distance.

Very wise and endearing
Format: Kindle
This book is my second to read. I started with the Alchemist which I read many years ago. I love this story the lessons and exercises with meditations the tie you to your soul. A lot of it was weird and a lot of it was wise. Much was beautiful and helped me to see within myself and look at the world and others with kinder eyes. I love that the road was common and anyone can take it and learn these lessons. So much soul and spirit in this story of a journey.

Stunning Review
Format: Paperback
I thought the book was a great book. The book is about a man who is a journey to Santiago. But on his journey he encounters a lot of paths that he needs to over come. He has to dig deep down and find the true him and over come many things. The purpose of this trip is so he can become a new person and do many new things that he has not done before. This will bring out a new him and this will help him as he goes on in life after this journey. The thing in the book that got me noteworthy was how he had the drive and how focused he was to make it to the end of his task. The strength of the book was it was very detailed and this was a very good thing. The weakness of the book to me was I thought the ending was just a little dry, I felt as tho they could have added just a little more to it. I like the authors writing style this was very good on how he wrote it. It was well written the words all followed very well and his was a great thing. I think the message of the book is to show you that no matter how hard things may get never give up. There is always a road of something to come at the end of everything. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a book about a journey or a path in someones life. I think it is good to read as a class because you really get to see what others think of the book together. I also think if you like a book about a person that is going thro something in life that this is a good book. The book just expresses so many trails and then he some how over comes everything. So if you like to read go head and buy the book.
