Merica Labz Patriot's Whey is a no-frills whey protein concentrate that focuses on one main job: dropping 25g of full milk-based protein per scoop in a tasty, concentrate style instead of a stripped-down isolate. From what we can verify, it's not packed with extra performance boosters, enzymes, or recovery add-ins. Think of it as a flavored whey concentrate with the usual minerals from dairy, like 140mg phosphorus and 20mg magnesium per serving.

Here's why that matters. Whey concentrate works because it gives you all the essential amino acids, including leucine which kicks off muscle repair after workouts. The real star here is that protein dose, not the minerals. Those two – phosphorus and magnesium – help with basic body functions, but at these levels, they're just supporting the team, not leading it.

Phosphorus at 140mg helps with energy use since it's part of ATP, the stuff that powers your cells. It also builds bones, teeth, DNA, RNA, and cell walls, and keeps your body's acid levels in check. Studies back phosphorus as a nutrient, but for real supplementation, you'd want 700-1250mg. So 140mg isn't a powerhouse dose; it's just what comes naturally from dairy, not a targeted boost.

Magnesium at 20mg keeps ATP stable and helps over 300 enzyme reactions, like breaking down sugar for energy, making power in cells, nerve signals, and building protein. Magnesium is well-researched, with typical supplement doses

Merica Patriot Whey by Merica Labz contains 130mg Calcium, a effective dose for muscle protein synthesis.

Key Highlights

  • 25g whey protein concentrate per serving – that's the heart of this thing. It's right in the sweet spot for after workouts or snacks to bump up your daily protein and help muscle repair.
  • Straight whey concentrate – no isolates or sneaky amino mixes. That's key because concentrate gives you full dairy protein with a thicker, more satisfying vibe that lots of folks stick with better than watery isolates.
  • 140mg phosphorus that's naturally in there – phosphorus is in ATP, which your cells use for energy storage and transfer. It's not a full supplement amount, but it shows the real dairy mineral setup.
  • 20mg magnesium as part of the mix – magnesium stabilizes ATP and backs tons of enzyme actions for energy and muscle function. Not a big dose like a standalone mag supplement, but it adds to the basics.
  • No prop blends here – that's a win in a world where some brands hide weak protein behind fancy labels. This keeps it simple and protein-focused.
  • Made for sticking to your protein goals, not flashy ingredients. If your issue is just getting enough protein every day, a basic whey like this often works better than complicated recovery mixes with tiny add-ons.
  • Good for after workouts or anytime – no stims or special stuff that limits when you can use it. That makes it flexible for real schedules and meals.
  • Better for bulking phases than super-lean isolates for some people. The creamier feel and bit of extra macros in concentrate can make it easier to use daily when you're eating big for gains.

Who Is This For?

  • Weightlifters on classic splits needing easy 25g protein post-session. Concentrate shines here with aminos for muscle repair in a filling, tasty form over isolate.
  • Casual strength folks with pre and creatine set, just wanting reliable recovery protein. This focuses on protein delivery without weak distractions.
  • Busy workers hitting protein goals without extra cooking. A scoop works for rushed starts, late workouts, or quick breaks when real food's tough.
  • Guys bulking who skip ultra-lean isolates. Concentrate's carbs and fats fit when you're cranking calories and need enjoyable protein to keep going.
  • Everyday gym rats prioritizing sticking with it over perfect macros. If better taste means you use it daily, concentrate like this beats shelf-sitters.
  • Athletes in build mode wanting substantial protein. Concentrate's creamier feel and satiety make daily scoops easier.

How to Use

Take one serving when you want 25g protein quick, like after workouts or between meals. Post-gym is prime because whey digests fast and gives aminos when you need 'em without cooking. Mix with 6-12 oz cold water for light, or more for thinner; milk if you want creamy and extra cals. Shaker beats a spoon for breaking up concentrate clumps. If dairy bugs you, try half first to check your gut, since concentrate has more lactose than isolate. No need for food with it, but near meals can make you feel fuller. No cycling required – it's protein, not stims. Stacks great with creatine, a multi, and carbs around sessions. Keep it sealed cool and dry for best taste and scoop.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: it's like any protein shake – you taste it, feel the texture, and notice if it's heavy or easy based on your mix. 10-30 minutes: no energy spike or workout buzz; it's digesting and starting to release aminos from the whey. Over hours, the real deal is adding 25g protein to your day. Days 1-7: you'll feel the ease of better protein habits, swapping misses for consistent hits. Weeks 2-4: it builds up with steady use, helping recovery, training gains, and hitting targets easier. Long-term wins come from the protein routine, not so much the small mineral doses – keep it in a solid diet.

Key Ingredients

  • Phosphorus — Foundational mineral support for ATP and cellular energy
  • Magnesium — 20mg — Supports enzyme activity and ATP stabilization

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does Merica Labz Patriot's Whey provide per serving?

Available product research indicates Patriot's Whey delivers 25g of protein per serving from whey protein concentrate. That is a meaningful single-serving dose for post-workout use or for helping close the gap when whole-food protein intake is low.

Is Patriot's Whey a whey isolate or a whey concentrate?

The available verification points to whey protein concentrate, not isolate. That means you can expect a more traditional concentrate profile with slightly more carbs and fats than isolate, along with a richer mouthfeel and potentially more satiety.

What are the verified minerals in Patriot's Whey?

The verified label data provided confirms 140mg phosphorus and 20mg magnesium. Both minerals play important roles in energy metabolism, but these amounts are best viewed as supportive background nutrition rather than standalone clinical doses.

Is this product fully transparent?

Partially. There is no proprietary blend detected, which is a positive, but a complete publicly verifiable Supplement Facts panel was not available from trusted sources at the time of analysis. That means the 25g protein and listed minerals can be discussed, but not every panel detail is fully auditable.

When should I take Patriot's Whey?

The most common time is after training, when a fast and convenient protein feeding is useful. It also works well between meals, at breakfast, or anytime you need an easy 25g protein serving to stay on track with daily intake.

Is Patriot's Whey good for muscle building?

Yes, in the sense that it provides complete whey protein, which supports muscle repair and muscle protein synthesis when paired with resistance training and adequate total calorie intake. Its value is foundational nutrition, not a specialized anabolic ingredient stack.

Can beginners use Patriot's Whey?

Yes. This is a straightforward protein powder rather than a high-stim performance supplement, so it is suitable for beginners who need help reaching their daily protein goal and tolerate dairy well.

Does Patriot's Whey contain stimulants or caffeine?

No stimulant content is verified in the available formula data, and this product should be treated as a basic protein supplement rather than an energy product. Despite a metadata inconsistency, the known identity and verified ingredients do not support a caffeinated classification.

What should I stack with Patriot's Whey for better results?

The most logical stack is creatine monohydrate, because creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and strength output while whey protein helps cover amino acid needs for recovery. A basic multivitamin or electrolyte product can also make sense depending on the rest of your diet.

Is Patriot's Whey suitable if I'm lactose sensitive?

Use caution. Because this appears to be a whey concentrate, it will generally contain more residual lactose than a whey isolate, so users with lactose sensitivity may tolerate it less well than isolate-based products.

Works well
Color: Beige
Does the trick for privacy and some noise blockage. This takes two people to put together. The construction make it easy to assemble, but makes it just as easy to come apart on its own.

JAXPETY Room Divider Panel 6Ft Privacy Screen Wall Divider 88" W x 73" H - 3 Panel Black
Color: Black, Size: 3-Panel, Color: Black, Size: 3-Panel
I was looking for a screen to use while making video calls. I am on a budget, wanted something easy to put together, and would hide my apt in the background. Being on a budget, I thought my purchase qualified for the coupon. I was mistaken but contacted the seller. I received a quick response explaining how the coupon was applied. I was happy with the quick response and explanation which I verified when I went back to the page. The once all put together the screens are light weight and fairly easy to move. they do not seem to be made for easy daily breakdown. However, if you should need to take them apart to move or something, easy to break down. Depending on lighting will depend on if you find them transparent. I don't mind possible vague outlines; I was looking so no real details of my belongings in the background could be seen (shelves; figurines; etc.) My apt living room has no overhead light source, so floor lamps give light. In the 3 photos of 2 of the screens put together; the first is with a lamp in front and back of the screen as well as a tv on. The next has the tv off lamps still on and the screen reflecting the pc monitors. The third is with both lamps and the tv off, monitors on but not as reflective. In the box, you have all the parts you need as well as a small tool and an instruction manual. Item 'bags' are number [though they may come off in the box] to assist with assembly. Now assembly can be easy or hard depending on your abilities and the area you are working in. I have bad knees, so kneeling was not an option for me. My first attempt to put this together, I put the 'feet bases' on while still connecting the top bar. It made it twice as hard, and I stretched the fabric more than was necessary causing wholes around some of the stitching and stretching them a little. As well as causing some stitching to come undone on one of the pictured areas. Once I took off the 'feet bases', I had an easier time to screwing in the top bars. You will still need some hand strength, which I don't have much of, but it is possible. I use the grip things to open pickles jars. Once the screens were assembled, I followed the instructions of tying an outer screen to the inner screen and using the Velcro 'privacy flaps' to complete the connection. I have what I think is low shag carpeting which they were able to stand stably on once I wiggled them into standing straight up and in place. Given these post pandemic times, I am overall happy with both the divider and the price. The 2 things I do not like about the divider is the difficulty putting in the top bar [after connecting the top and sides] and storability when not in use issue I am having. Others with larger space will likely not have the last issue.

100% worth it - I recommend to EVERYONE
I've seen coworkers and instructors using folding screens behind them for video calls since the pandemic started, and I finally gave in and purchased this one. I freaking LOVE it. I love that I can be on a video call and not have to worry about the angle of my laptop or having people 'in' my home while I'm at work. It's so nice. I may eventually buy and deconstruct a wall hanging to create some colorful fabric panels instead of the brown, but (and I say this as NOT a brown fabric-lover) the brown looks pretty nice. It's a very dark brown, and it serves as completely neutral while still feeling a bit warm. - No need for tools to assemble, even though it says screwdriver. - One thing: I thought it would fold up flat, and it does NOT fold up flat. Important to know. I just keep it folded up into a 16.5" (grabbed a tape measure to check) square column by my desk and unfold whenever I have video conferences. If you can't tell, I really like having this thing around. 100% recommend and would buy again.

it's a utility screen
Color: Black, Size: 3-Panel
It's a basic, utilitarian screen. It's what I expected it to be. Assembly isn't hard, but it does require two people when stretching the fabric between the poles. I got it to use in a closet to separate the water heater from the washer/dryer, so it'll be perfect for that. Pros: it's opaque and tall (my 6'4" husband can't see over it unless he is standing against it) and I like the ability for the three pieces to stand separately of each other. Cons: it's flimsy. It wobbles and will tip over easily.

Great for the price
The item is great bit I wish it were a bit more sturdy and it folded flat. It folds into a square so it does take up some room when it's not in use.
