RIVERINA COOL & CALM® EQUESTRIAN MIX is a tasty, oat-free muesli designed to meet the nutritional needs of adult equestrian horses. With balanced energy levels, it supports horses in moderate to intense work. Enriched with essential amino acids and high-quality proteins from soy bean meal, plus steam-flaked lupins and sunflower seeds for extra protein and energy. 

Feeding Guide

RIVERINA COOL & CALM® EQUESTRIAN MIX should be given alongside chaff, hay, and/or pasture. Use the feeding rates below as a guideline, adjusting based on your horse’s condition and the quality of roughage. When pasture is scarce, provide at least 1% of bodyweight in hay or chaff. For best results, divide the recommended amount into two daily feeds and introduce new feed gradually over 10-14 days. Always provide your horse with clean, fresh water, and never feed more than 3kg at one time.

 

Light Work:

  • 300kg = 1.5-2.5 kg
  • 400kg = 2.0-3.0 kg
  • 500kg = 2.5-3.5 kg
  • 600kg = 3.0-4.0 kg

Moderate Work:

  • 300kg = 2.0-3.0 kg
  • 400kg = 2.75-3.75 kg
  • 500kg = 3.5-4.5 kg
  • 600kg = 4.25-5.25 kg

Heavy Work:

  • 300kg = 2.5-3.5 kg
  • 400kg = 3.5-4.5 kg
  • 500kg = 4.5-5.5 kg
  • 600kg = 5.5-6.5 kg

Ingredients:
Steam flaked barley, steam flaked lupins, lucerne chaff, white chaff, soybean meal, sunflower (whole), sodium bentonite, bran and pollard, limestone, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable oil, molasses, salt, magnesium oxide, mould inhibitor, Riverina equine vitamin & mineral premix, antioxidant.
Base raw materials may gradually change seasonally.
