RYSE's hydration sticks for workouts and everyday recovery—keeps you going strong.

RYSE Hydration Sticks are built for performance hydration, going beyond just replacing sodium after you sweat. From brand info and various retail and review spots, the mix packs over 900mg of electrolytes plus taurine, choline bitartrate, CocOganic® coconut water powder, AstraGin®, and vitamins like C and B's. It's part of the new wave of hydration supps that help with fluid balance, workout push, and daily energy, not just a plain drink mix.

Heads up: We don't have the full supp facts panel to check doses ourselves.

What we know from research and seller listings is RYSE makes this as easy stick-pack hydration for before, during, after workouts, or everyday. A few sources list taurine at 1,000mg, choline bitartrate at 500mg, CocOganic® at 250mg, and AstraGin® at 25mg, but treat those as reported numbers since we can't verify them independently. Still, it fits the category: electrolytes keep hydration and muscles going, taurine helps with cell hydration and fighting fatigue (that's tiredness), and choline gives it that extra sports-nut edge over basic blends.

RYSE is big in sports nutrition for tasty, modern formulas that vibe with gym folks. That's key because hydration wins on sticking with it—if it tastes good and is easy to carry, you'll actually use it. Reviews and listings rave about the flavors, how portable it is, and using it during training.

RYSE Hydration Sticks by RYSE contains 178mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

  • Packs over 900mg of electrolytes per stick, making it feel more workout-ready than basic mixes.
  • Includes taurine and choline bitartrate for that sports-nut hydration boost, based on brand and seller info.
  • Stick packs are super easy to grab for the gym, work, travel, or outdoors.
  • RYSE is a go-to brand for lifters and folks chasing performance.
  • Has CocOganic® coconut water powder, a popular pick for electrolyte reload.
  • AstraGin® is in there, showing they went for better absorption in the mix.

  • Hydration sticks shine when you use them, and RYSE's tasty flavors make that easy.

RYSE Hydration Sticks by RYSE contains 178mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym rats who sweat hard in lifts, HIIT, or cardio
  • Endurance folks needing portable hydration for runs, rides, or long days
  • People who feel flat, crampy, or slow to recover on just water
  • Travelers, shift workers, and busy pros wanting easy sticks
  • Athletes in hot spots or summer training
  • RYSE fans after non-stim daily support

How to Use

Mix one stick into water like the package says. Most folks take it before workouts, during long or sweaty ones, or after to rehydrate. Good for hot days, travel, or when water alone doesn't cut it. Try one serving first to check taste and how it sits. Without our own label check, look at your package for exact size, water amount, and daily tips.

What to Expect

Right away, it's practical—the drink tastes better than plain water, so you hydrate more. During workouts or hot days, you might feel better fluid flow, less drained, and steadier push. After a few uses, it's about dodging dehydration dips more than a big rush. With regular use on training or sweaty days, your habits get better because it's so easy to grab. It's support stuff, so effects are subtle but helpful, not over-the-top.

Yes. This type of product is commonly used before, during, or after training, especially when sweating heavily or training in heat.

Does it contain stimulants?

Based on the available product research, this appears to be a non-stimulant hydration formula rather than an energy product.

Be gentle when removing them from the book
Format: Board book, Format: Board book
My kids crazy about this book turning into toys. We are probably going to get the rest in the set. Gently push from the back when removing the pop out pieces to prevent the cardboard from tearing and separating from trying to dig them out. I don’t recommend the child put them together as a few were hard to push the pieces in and we bent a couple. Fine in the end but those aren’t going back into the book. They’ll just be room decor 😂

I Really Enjoyed This
Format: Paperback
I really enjoyed this book. The story is coordinated with Star Wars Vol. 8 Mutiny on Mon Cala and Star Wars Vol. 9 Hope Dies. It is not necessary, but to get a more rich, fuller story, you'll want to read this book first then switch over to those two Star Wars main series volumes. I'm giving this review 5 Stars, but I have to say that I wavered on docking it by one star. I'm not crazy about the art. And, although the story is excellent (and as much as I love a good Vader story), I didn't enjoy it as much as I did those two Star Wars volumes I mentioned above; Volumes 8 & 9, Mutiny at Mon Cala and Hope Dies. Those books are top notch excellent. This book, I'd say, is a notch down, at very, very good. Read it and see what you think. As a whole, I like how Marvel is filling out the years between the original trilogy movies with these stories. This story about the Battle of Mon Cala, over two different series, is fantastic.

A great volume with great Tarkin/Vader relationships
Format: Paperback
I am continuing to enjoy this ongoing series showing Darth Vader shortly after Episode 3. It's cool seeing Mon Cala prior to Imperial control. I like how there's a bit of a tie-in with the ongoing Star Wars comic series. There are also flashbacks to the Clone Wars era. I like this time period. Each jedi that evaded Order 66 is dealing with the new world in a different way. I also really enjoyed seeing a young Ackbar. There are two standalone issues included in this volume. First, there's a story that shows the relationship between Darth Vader and Tarkin developing into what we see in the original trilogy. The other is an Annual written by Chuck Wendig. This shows another interesting Vader/Tarkin dynamic. There are a bunch of great references that I love in this issue! Project Stardust. Geonosis. Krennic. Galen Erso. Overall, it's a really cool tie-in to Rogue One. Yet again, I give this volume of the ongoing Darth Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith a 5/5.

A superb addition to the Marvel Darth Vader canon
Format: Paperback
An almost perfect run of comic books, focused around the Imperial assault on Mon Cala post-Episode III. Many familiar faces are here: Vader, of course; Tarkin; Ackbar; Palpatine; Rogue One’s Admiral Raddus; and many more, including Sith, Jedi, and clones (there’s a nice nod to Order 66). Charles Soule deftly weaves an intriguing narrative, fast-paced but also with plenty of depth. The art is also excellent. In addition to the main stretch of the story, the trade also contains the Darth Vader annual, an outstanding Rogue One story that caps things off nicely. Highly recommended reading for Star Wars fans.
