Lalland is spun in Scotland in a cashmere mill. The mill equipment requires that the fiber have the same micron count as cashmere, which explains this yarn's incredible next-to-skin softness. It does not pill and wears really well.
Di Gilpin is a truly unique yarn company because they not only produce yarn but are “croft to couture”. They employ 90 highly-skilled home-knitters based across Scotland.
