Outfitted with six drawers and four interior shelves, the Migali C-SP60-16-D-HC Competitor Series® sandwich/salad prep table provides 20 cubic feet of refrigerated storage. Its base drawers ride on stainless steel slides with nylon wheels and feature recessed handles and rounded corners to support safe, ergonomic operation. A 90-degree hold-open feature stabilizes drawers for hands-free access during loading, and the unit ships with pre-installed casters—two locking and two non-locking—for flexible positioning.
The Migali C-SP60-16-D-HC Competitor Series® sandwich/salad prep table includes a 9 1⁄4-inch cutting board and a top rail that accommodates 16 sixth-size pans as deep as 6 inches. Its insulated hood and lids help preserve cold conditions in the rail when the table is not in active use. A rear-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain internal temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the interior and exterior are made of polished stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning; a digital controller with external readout provides convenient access to cabinet temperature data.
