Electrolyte-packed capsules for hydration during sweaty workouts

Finaflex Pre Hydr8 is a caffeine-free hydration formula in capsules. It's based on a straightforward idea: if your fluids and electrolytes tank, your workout usually does too. This isn't trying to be a big pump pre-workout or a carb-loaded endurance drink. It's a handy electrolyte boost you take before training, especially when you're sweating a ton, working out in the heat, or just want something easier than mixing up a drink.

The heart of it is the electrolytes. You get 379mg sodium and 569mg chloride, which are key for keeping fluids outside your cells in check. These two work together to handle blood volume, pressure balance, and nerve signals. In the gym, that means you stay hydrated better, your muscles contract more steadily, and you avoid that wiped-out, flat feeling when sweat wins. Most capsule hydrators skimp on sodium because it's tough to pack in. Fitting almost 400mg into 3 capsules is a smart move for convenience.

There's 124mg potassium as potassium citrate. Potassium is the big player inside cells and teams up with sodium to keep cell membranes charged, fluids distributed, and muscles ready to fire. The dose is solid but not huge for sports standards, so it's helpful without overdoing it. Magnesium stands out at 100mg as magnesium citrate, which absorbs better than the oxide form. Magnesium helps muscles relax, nerves signal right, and the pump that moves sodium and potassium around. If you get twitches, cramps, or that overworked tight feeling during training, this is a key ingredient here.

Calcium is in at 50mg as calcium carbonate. Calcium is essential for muscle contraction, but at this dose it s

Key Highlights

  • 379mg sodium per serving makes this a legit hydration option in capsules. Sodium is the main electrolyte outside cells and helps big time with holding onto fluids, keeping blood volume up, and staying steady when you're sweating hard.
  • 569mg chloride teams up perfectly with sodium, just like a good hydration formula should. Chloride keeps fluids balanced and helps with acid-base stuff, and together they support the environment your muscles and nerves need during a session.
  • 100mg magnesium as citrate is a smart pick for capsule hydration. It's easier to absorb than magnesium oxide and helps with nerve signals, muscle relaxation, and the pump that keeps electrolytes in line.
  • 124mg potassium as potassium citrate helps with hydration inside cells and keeps muscles firing right. It works with sodium to maintain the fluid balance across cell walls for smooth movement and contractions.
  • 50mg calcium finishes the electrolyte mix by supporting muscle contractions. It's not a massive dose, but it adds to the mineral setup needed for normal strength and signals.
  • 150mg glycerol 65% brings in something to help hold water. Glycerol shows up in studies for keeping body water up, but this dose is more of a helper than a full-on hyperhydration thing.
  • 200mg dextrose adds a small boost for absorption. Glucose and sodium get taken up together in the gut, so even though it's not much fuel, it fits the hydration plan.
  • 200mg coconut water powder throws in some natural hydration vibes without stealing the show. It's not like drinking a whole coconut water, but it fits right in with the electrolytes.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters who sweat a lot in high-volume sessions and feel pumps, contractions, and energy fade when hydration slips. The sodium, chloride, magnesium, and potassium help keep fluids and muscle function going without caffeine or a big powder.
  • Fight athletes, grapplers, and boxers in hot spots where sweat builds quick. Capsules are easy to pack, take before practice, and beat heavy sugary drinks in the gut.
  • Runners, bikers, and conditioning fans wanting a quick pre-electrolyte hit for shorter stuff or to add to fuel plans. Hits the spot when heat and sweat are the issue, not carbs.
  • Shift workers and pros training early, at lunch, or on trips who skip mixing powders in public or lugging bottles. Three caps and water is way simpler.
  • Caffeine-sensitive folks with enough from coffee or pre who want hydration without more stims. Pre Hydr8 is zero-caf, so it fits without overloading you.
  • Athletes in summer heat or stuffy gyms where performance tanks as temp and sweat rise. Electrolytes make more sense here than pumps with weak sodium.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules with 16-24 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. That gives electrolytes and fluid time to support blood volume and hydration before sweat starts. If you're new to magnesium stuff or capsule hydrators, try 1-2 first for gut check, then go full. No mixing needed, but drink up—minerals without water miss the point. Fine on empty stomach or with a snack; food can help if minerals feel heavy. Stacks well with stim pre-workouts, pumps, creatine, and intra carbs since it fills the hydration gap. No cycling needed—no stims or washout ingredients. Keep it cool and dry, bottle closed tight for fresh capsules.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: take 3 capsules with water—no stim kick since there's zero caffeine. Minutes 10-30: not a rush, but setting up better hydration as stuff hits your system before training. Minutes 30-60: this shines in heat or heavy sweat, cutting that dry, flat, crampy vibe from low electrolytes. Minutes 60-90: if you usually drop off late, better sodium, chloride, magnesium, and potassium can keep you going stronger. Days 1-7: effects tie to your sweat, water, and setup—mostly per session. Weeks 2-4: no loading like creatine, but steady use builds better habits and makes hard days feel more reliable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Finaflex Pre Hydr8 a pre-workout with caffeine?

No. Pre Hydr8 is stim-free and contains no caffeine. Its role is hydration and electrolyte support through sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and small support additions like glycerol and dextrose.

How much sodium is in Pre Hydr8?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 379mg sodium plus 569mg chloride. That is the core of the formula and the main reason it is relevant for sweat-heavy sessions, heat exposure, and fluid balance support.

What makes the electrolyte profile in Pre Hydr8 effective?

The formula focuses on the electrolytes that matter most for fluid balance: sodium and chloride for extracellular hydration, potassium for intracellular balance, and magnesium for neuromuscular function. That is a more credible hydration strategy than relying on trace minerals alone.

Is the glycerol dose in Pre Hydr8 clinically dosed?

No. The label includes 150mg glycerol 65%, which is far below the gram-per-kilogram doses used in glycerol hyperhydration research. It still fits the hydration theme as a minor osmolyte, but it should not be mistaken for a full research-level glycerol protocol.

Can I stack Pre Hydr8 with my regular pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, that is one of the best use cases for this product. Because it is stim-free and hydration-focused, it pairs well with stimulant pre-workouts, pump products, creatine, or carbohydrate formulas that do not already provide meaningful electrolytes.

When should I take Finaflex Pre Hydr8?

Take 3 capsules with 16-24 ounces of water about 20-30 minutes before training. That gives the electrolytes time to begin supporting hydration status before sweat losses start accumulating.

Is this enough for long endurance events by itself?

Usually not. Pre Hydr8 is best viewed as a compact electrolyte support product, not a complete race fuel system. The 200mg dextrose is too low to meaningfully fuel prolonged endurance work, and the glycerol dose is not a full hyperhydration dose.

Why include dextrose if the dose is only 200mg?

At 200mg, dextrose is not there to provide energy in the usual sports nutrition sense. It makes mechanistic sense in a hydration formula because glucose and sodium share intestinal transport pathways that can support fluid absorption.

How does Pre Hydr8 compare with powdered electrolyte products?

Powders generally have more room for larger carbohydrate loads and bigger glycerol doses, but capsules win on convenience and portability. Pre Hydr8 is a practical option when you want meaningful electrolyte support without carrying a drink mix.

Are there any proprietary blends in Pre Hydr8?

No. The label is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, which makes it easy to judge the formula honestly against hydration research and category standards.

Cooling King-Size Pillows (used on a Queen pillows to tuck the extra in)
Color: Navy Blue, Size: 2 Pack King(20"X 36"), Color: Navy Blue, Size: 2 Pack King(20"X 36")
🛏️ Product Review: Cooling King-Size Pillows (used on a Queen bed) ⭐ The Good • These are king-size pillows, which I actually love on a queen bed because I can tuck the ends into the fabric. • The fabric feels slick and cool, but you don’t slip off of it. • They feel cold to the touch right out of the package (which is wild). • I sleep extremely hot and even run fevers at night due to a medical condition (literally 101–102° sometimes), and these pillows still stay cool where I lay my head. • I’ve honestly never slept this well in my life. • For the price, you cannot beat them, and they go on sale often. • These beat any high-end version I’ve tried. • If you sleep normal-temp and not lava-hot like me, you’re going to be VERY comfortable with these. ⚠️ The Bad • The fabric does show crease lines. • If wrinkles bother you, this might annoy you (doesn’t bother me personally). 🔧 What I’d Change / Tips for Care • Don’t use fabric softener — it clogs the cooling fabric and ruins how it works. • Wash with unscented detergent + a little vinegar. • Dry on low heat only (do NOT dry on high if you want the fabric to keep working long-term). ✅ Final Thoughts I will literally never not own these again. If you sleep hot, night-sweat, or just want a pillow that actually stays cool — these are it. 10/10 recommend.

Love it but it stains
Color: Haze Blue, Size: 2 Pack Standard(20"X 26")
I love these but had to knock some stars down for a single reason. They are soft, the material is somehow both substantial and airy at the same time, and a smooth, silky (not satin), cozy texture. The color was exactly as pictured. The envelope style works great to keep my pillows covered. The fabric lays perfectly. I love sleeping on this pillow case. Took two stars off because every single atom of oil on my face stained it immediately and won't come out in the wash. Its not subtle. You can see anywhere my face has been, forever. I don't have some incredibly oily face or hair, I've never had this happen to another pillow case in my life.

Silky and Soothing
Color: Cream, Size: 2 Pack Queen(20"X 30")
I thought I was getting 1 of the queen sized but I got 2. I got these for my Pomeranian's fuzzy pillow. He's always hot and these are very cooling and very good quality. He loves them and are very comfortable for him. They totally transformed his shaggy old pillow. I used the larger body pillow covers to replace the covers I had. They matched my bedspread perfectly. I use 2 body pillows along the exterior wall in my bedroom where there is cold coming through the floor in the winter. I'm sure I will enjoy them in the summer when it's hot too!

super smooth, silky, stays comfortable feeling. DO NOT DRY or wash with heat
Color: Blue, Size: Queen (U.S. Standard), Set name: Stretchy and Soft, Color: Blue, Size: Queen (U.S. Standard), Set name: Stretchy and Soft
I'm impressed. I have used cooling pillow cases before, and found them effective, but the cooling material have always been on just one side. These are 100% cooling material. The material is super smooth and silky feeling. It is great feeling against hair and skin (even better than my old polyester satin I was using before cooling pillowcases). The material is cool, and does not seem to get hot hot. The pillow cases are super stretchy with a small hidden zipper. They grab onto the pillow and dont loosen up. Makes my pillow look neat and clean, not sloppy from loose material. I can even have two pillows stacked and somehow despite being a smooth material, the pillows dont just slide off each other. The cooling aspect works by not trapping heat, not allowing heat to get to the pillow and hold it there. So yeh, the pillow case will feel warm eventually but if you have a fan, or AC, or flip the pillow, then it is is truly cool. Otherwise in my experience when I use a pillow without this, the pillow just gets hot, stays hot, and even with flipping it feels hot.. because the pillow itself has trapped the heat for remainder of night. Yuck. One thing to know and this is very important-- as I learned the hard way-- DO NOT DRY IN DRYER. DO NOT WASH IN HOT WATER. Heat will destroy the material ability to feel and stay cool. Do you want a regular heat trapping pillow case? Then go ahead and dry these in the dryer a few times and you will have a regular pillow case. HOw do I know? I bought these to replace another set (different brand, same idea, same instructions that I failed to remember). I always dried them in the dryer, and one night after having gloriously cool pillows, I noticed that my pillow was HOT night after night. It was then when looking for another set of pillow cases that I learned that they cant be exposed to heat like that. SO PLEASE, just AIR DRY. And so, after I got these and put them on my pillows, I had a much better nights rest. I remember thinking that I wasnt waking to rearrange my pillows. They were just comfortable all night long. Sure, I'd love an even colder pillow, but our room is on the warm side. But at least I wasnt noting the hot hot pillows anymore.
