Technical Data
After much research, development and testing at AIRTEC HQ, our intercooler upgrade for the Audi A5 and Q5 2.0 TFSI models has been added to our ever-growing range of products. Built using a high flow core to offer increased cooling efficiency and performance, we take pride ensuring all of our kits are finished to our usual high standard and premium quality. Designed in the UK and offered at a reasonable price.
Designed to fit all 2.0-litre TFSI petrol models from 2009 to 2017, this free-flowing intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM set up.
Featuring an 70mm core design together with high-flow, cast end tanks, the AIRTEC intercooler offers much greater surface area, efficiency and volume over standard. Despite this improvement, it fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no trimming or cutting.
The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the correct fixtures and fittings, step-by-step instructions with pictures and should take around 1-2 hours to complete.
The intercooler is available in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo in a range of colours to compliment the 4/5 ply black silicone hoses.
