Works Bell Paddle Shifter NEO is a Porsche-specific paddle shift kit designed to improve your driving experience.

Works Bell offers a specialised paddle shifter kit for selected Porsche models equipped with Tiptronic transmissions. “Tiptronic” is Porsche’s name for their semi-automatic gearbox – an automatic transmission that also lets you shift gears manually. With this kit, you can control those manual shifts right from the steering wheel, even if you have changed the standard steering wheel to an aftermarket one, allowing for quicker, more convenient and fully customized driving.

Works Bell Paddle Shifter NEO kit includes the paddle shifter unit, standard length Porsche hub adapter (P/N #0993), shift control harness, horn grounding ring, horn button ring, jumpers, fuses and installation bolts.

The dedicated harness (intermediate coupler) makes installation simple. No wiring modifications, cutting or soldering are required. Disconnect the shifter connectors from your original steering wheel and connect them to the paddle shifter.

Works Bell NEO paddle shifter can only be used with an aftermarket steering wheel. It cannot be installed with the standard steering wheel which is designed for use without a boss kit.

Works Bell boss kits are produced using up-to-date data for both early and late model vehicles. Made with precision in Japan, these hub adapters match OEM quality for fit, strength and safety. The adapters are cast or machined from aluminium and meet ASEA and NAPAC quality standards. They are highly durable yet designed to break away under severe impact to improve driver safety.

Adjustable tension lets you set the feel to your preference and go beyond standard paddle shifters. Unlike typical aftermarket replacements, the Works Bell Paddle Shifter NEO keeps the original paddle shift function while adding style and practicality.

Made from carbon fibre, the Works Bell Paddle Shifter NEO is strong and light with a refined appearance. The 20 mm thick paddle body allows offset steering mounting towards the vehicle side, giving flexibility in installation. The paddle can be adjusted 15 mm on each side to suit different steering sizes and driver hand positions.

Fast and precise gear changes are achieved with the quick stroke switch, giving a professional driving feel. Pull the right paddle to upshift and the left paddle to downshift.

The system offers F1-style paddle operation with a 7 mm stroke. It uses an aluminium alloy body with Alumite finish and carbon fibre paddles.
