Alla vista ha un colore rosso rubino, con qualche riflesso violaceo. Il naso è intenso, dominato da profumi di frutta rossa del sottobosco, a cui si alternano sentori che virano verso lerbaceo. Al palato è di buon corpo, equilibrato, con un gusto piacevolmente sapido. Chiude con un finale leggermente amaro.Il Friuli Venezia Giulia rappresenta il territorio deccellenza per il Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso: Fantinel lo sa bene, come dimostra con questo Friuli DOC Borgo Tesis, concentrato di eleganza, struttura e personalità, caratterizzato da un retrogusto amarognolo molto piacevole. Le uve vinificano in acciaio, dove maturano per qualche mese per poi essere imbottigliate. Unetichetta fortemente identitaria, capace di raccontare tutta la grazia di un vitigno autoctono davvero sublime. Da non perdere.
Ottimo con la cucina di terra, è da bere a tutto pasto. Perfetto con secondi piatti di carne bianca e rossa, è assolutamente da provare con il gallo in umido.

Nice quick reference to have

Chaotic Table of Contents, Chapters and pages in TOC are incorrect
Format: Paperback
I just opened it and the Table of Contents is "Chaos." The Chapters and pages in the Table of Contents (TOC) do not reflect the actual chapters and pages in the book. For example, TOC shows Chapter 8 in page 94. But if you turn to page 94, it is the second page of Chapter 9. Will continue to update this review when I start to read the book. For now, it is a "1" for the Table of Contents.
