The ARIES AdvantEDGE bull bar sets itself apart with a modern, angular design and all-aluminum construction. It features a track system for mounting auxiliary lights, vehicle-specific mounting brackets and is available in two finish options, allowing you to choose the look that perfectly matches your vehicle. Designed to complement the style of today's pickup trucks, the AdvantEDGE bull bar is as bold as it is tough. Instead of the common, rounded frame of most bull bars and grille guards, AdvantEDGE features a unique, 5-1/2" wide, eight-sided tube profile. Not only does the angled frame better accent the design of modern trucks, but it also offers a strong build. Like the AdvantEDGE headache rack and AdvantEDGE side bars, the AdvantEDGE bull bar is made entirely from aluminum, allowing it to be lightweight and rust-free. The tubular frame is also protected by a durable finish of carbide black powder coat or chrome powder coat. Each AdvantEDGE bull bar is fitted with a textured black aluminum cover plate on the crossbar, making it even more unique. The crossbar can be flipped to expose a track system for mounting LED light bars, work lights or other aftermarket lighting options. It is also available with integrated, flush-mount LED lights. Because each application is made for a custom fit, installation of the AdvantEDGE bull bar is simple and secure. It uses a track mounting system and vehicle-specific brackets to bolt onto pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame. This speeds up installation and offers maximum rigidity. This particular AdvantEDGE bull bar is designed to fit specific years of the Ford F150 (see application info to verify fitment). The AdvantEDGE bull bar is made to complement our AdvantEDGE side bars and AdvantEDGE headache rack, giving you a complete look for your truck and a style unlike any other.

Student Review
This book is an excellent introduction to the basic principles of insurance. We used this text as a supplement in our Intro to Act. Sci. class. It is very readable, easy to understand. Minimal mathematics required, some basic calculus concepts used, but only briefly. Don't let it's small size fool ya, it has plenty of information in there.

A #MustRead for cybersecurity practitioners

Rick Howard's latest book is the ultimate reference for cybersecurity practitioners, making it an essential read for anyone in the field. With his straightforward and refreshingly irreverent writing style, coupled with his profound technical knowledge, Rick has created a narrative that is easy to understand and grasp. He delves into the foundational aspect of cybersecurity, which he refers to as the cybersecurity first principle, which he then it to specific high-impact strategies.
The book has eight well-written chapters providing a comprehensive overview of those strategies. Importantly, Rick then offers an up-to-date and thorough exploration of the complementary capabilities (tactical-level tools) that can be utilized to "reduce the probability of material impact due to a cyber event" - the cyber first principle.
In the concluding chapter, Rick succinctly summarizes his contribution to the field, stating, "And that's it. Those are all the tools you need to design, build, and enhance a cybersecurity program based on first principle thinking." This assertion highlights the value of his book as a practical guide for designing and improving cybersecurity programs with a focus on first principles.

Absolute must read if you oversee any portion of a cyber security program!
Format: Paperback
I loved this book. The concepts and ideas presented are a great wake up call for an industry that is so focused on blinking light hardware and the next big technological thing...this book challenges the paradigm that you need to strip your security culture down to some very core ideas...then build a solid security program around your security first principle(s). Without that core idea, you're just throwing away money on tools that may not actually be addressing your root needs.
Great read for anyone looking to rethink their security program, security culture, and security spend.

Context, Strategies and Wisdom in a single package
Format: Kindle
This was my first book I have read by this particular author. I had spent some time looking for a comphrensive approach to Cyber Security and found many other texts to be lacking. Certain aspects are well documented, but no single source that brought it all together. This is exactly what First Principles brings to the table. As a practicioner that looks for better ways to formulate the objectives of SecOps Use Cases I have found the methods presented in this book to be immensely helpful. I have also given copies aways as a gifts to students who are just entering the field as this is by far the best intro to the long history of Cyber Security that combines the best direction for the future. The historical context that the author brings through first hand experience is beyond a treasure trove. It has been said many times in cheezy ads, but honestly, if you only read one book on Cyber Security make it this one.
