Di un suadente color rosa corallo. Profumi di frutta, mela rossa e lampone, caratterizzati da freschezza e fragranza. Al palato risulta morbido, con discreta freschezza, secco e piacevolmente aromatico.Dalla tenuta di Campomaccione, nella provincia grossetana, provengono le uve sangiovese alla base di questo rosato. Vinificazione a temperatura controllata secondo le tradizionali metodologie di produzione dei vini rosé per contatto pellicolare. Il vino viene imbottigliato nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia ed è di piacevolissima beva come il suo affascinante aspetto. Ottimo per festeggiare l'estate o per riordarla mentre sta passando, tra calici pieni e risate.
Ottimo con piatti di pesce o anche di carni bianche vista la buona struttura. Ci piace anche molto l'abbinamento con verdure fresche e grigliate. Con delle farfalle al salmone è un classico senza tempo.

Ok content, not great explanations (2.5 our of 5 stars)

I found the contents of this book to be simply ok: either too simple, or the more complicated algorithms and concepts would not be as carefully explained as they should have been. It is not a terrible book, but it feels as though the author did not go over many drafts/iterations of this work.
