2,000mg Dandelion. 1,000mg Uva Ursi. Built for Dryness.

Blackstone Labs Evaporate comes in capsules and does one thing really well: helps you drop water so you look drier and tighter when it counts. It's not a fat burner or some heat-up thermogenic. It just teams up classic herbal diuretics with a bit of stim support and some electrolyte helpers to flush out fluid without leaving you feeling wiped out.

The star here is 2,000mg Taraxacum officinale extract, standardized for taraxacin — that's dandelion leaf, a go-to for boosting urination and getting rid of extra water. You'll notice less bloat, sharper lines, and a less puffy feel, thanks to this hefty dose driving the show. Then there's 1,000mg uva ursi extract, another old-school herb for fluid balance that backs up the dandelion to amp up the water-shedding.

Add in 500mg Tropaeolum majus L. ethanolic extract — that's nasturtium — and 250mg Equisetum standardized for equisetonin, which is horsetail. Both are staples in diuretic blends, with horsetail helping push out more fluid. Apium graveolens and Petroselinum crispum, probably celery and parsley extracts, keep the theme going, but their doses are hidden in a prop blend. Green tea extract and yerba mate extract are in there too, adding some light diuretic action, stim vibes, and a little metabolism boost.

Caffeine is straight-up at 120mg — not too much, way less than your average fat burner. It blocks adenosine receptors to keep you alert and fights off that diet drag.

Blackstone Evaporate by Blackstone Labs contains 100mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg Taraxacum officinale extract — this is the heavy hitter, and it's a standout dose. Dandelion leaf is a classic for ramping up urination and dropping water weight, perfect for when you're cutting bloat or prepping for peak week.
  • 1,000mg Uva ursi extract — a solid amount of this tried-and-true herb for fluid balance. It teams up with dandelion to focus on shedding water, not just jacking up your stim levels like some burners do.
  • 500mg Tropaeolum majus L. ethanolic extract — nasturtium brings real value here as part of the herbal lineup for water loss. The ethanolic extract means it's concentrated, not just filler powder.
  • 250mg Equisetum standardized for equisetonin — horsetail is a diuretic favorite, adding another way to flush fluid. The standardization shows they're serious about the active parts, not just throwing in random herb.
  • 120mg caffeine — smart and not overkill. It perks you up by blocking adenosine receptors and helps beat diet fatigue without making you jittery like high-stim stuff.
  • Green tea and yerba mate support — doses aren't listed, but they fit right in with mild stim and diuretic effects. They make the whole thing feel more energizing than a boring, no-stim water dropper that just has you peeing and crashing.
  • Taurine inclusion — this is a clever add for a diuretic because it helps with cell volume and hydration balance. Dose is hidden, so we can't rave fully, but it makes sense in here.
  • Magnesium aspartate — magnesium plays into tons of body functions like energy production and muscle work. 50mg isn't a huge hit, but it's better than nothing for mineral support.

Blackstone Evaporate by Blackstone Labs contains 100mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks in the home stretch before a show or shoot, wanting water control without crazy stims. 2,000mg dandelion and 1,000mg uva ursi make it more focused than basic burners.
  • Seasoned bodybuilders shaking off bloat from refeeds, travel, or parties — still lean but puffy. This is for quick water fixes, not long-haul fat plans.
  • Cutters who need energy for workouts while tightening. 120mg caffeine with green tea and yerba mate keeps you from feeling dead like some no-stim options.
  • Models and creators prepping for pics, videos, or events where looks beat weight. The herb stack drops water for sharpness, not heat.
  • Gym vets who bloat easy from salt, carbs, stress, or hormones, needing something better than generic burners. Water shedding is the focus, stims just help.
  • Guys and gals on a cut who want easy capsules over more powders. Six caps deliver the herbs without mixing or tasting issues.

How to Use

Down 6 capsules with water, 30-60 minutes before you need the dry effects most. Timing's about letting herbs work on fluid, not a fast stim hit like pre-workout. Start with 3 if new, especially if caffeine or diuretics are iffy for you. Empty stomach speeds it, but food helps if you're sensitive. Stack smart on caffeine — 120mg plus green tea and yerba mate mean no careless extras. Skip mixing with other diuretics, saunas, or dehydration unless you're pro and know your body. No need for cycling like heavy stim burners; use targeted, not daily forever. Store cool and dry, bottle shut to keep capsules fresh. Stay on hydration and electrolytes — don't let water loss fool you into skimping.

What to Expect

In 30-60 minutes, you get a mild caffeine pick-me-up, but the real action builds quietly. Over 1-3 hours, peeing ramps up from the dandelion, uva ursi, horsetail, and crew, showing it's working. That same time, 120mg caffeine fights off diet fog and keeps you going. By a few hours, you feel less bloated and look sharper if water was the issue. First week is about figuring your response, especially fluid drop and hydration needs. No long build-up like creatine; it's for quick, look-based wins. Over time, you get predictable — know how you react before a show or shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Blackstone Labs Evaporate actually designed to do?

Evaporate is designed for short-term water management, not direct fat loss. Its formula centers on diuretic-oriented botanicals like Taraxacum officinale extract at 2,000mg and Uva ursi extract at 1,000mg to help reduce water retention and create a drier, tighter look.

How much caffeine is in Evaporate?

The label discloses 120mg caffeine per 6-capsule serving. Keep in mind the formula also contains green tea extract and yerba mate extract, which may contribute additional stimulant activity even though their exact caffeine contribution is not listed separately.

Is Evaporate a fat burner?

Not in the strict body-composition sense. It is best understood as a water-loss supplement that helps reduce visible puffiness and improve cosmetic dryness; it does not replace a calorie deficit for actual fat loss.

When should I take Evaporate?

Most users should take it 30-60 minutes before the window when visual dryness matters, such as before training, photos, or an event. Because the product works by increasing fluid elimination, the most noticeable effects often build over the next several hours rather than hitting like a classic pre-workout.

Can I stack Evaporate with a pre-workout?

Yes, but be careful with total stimulant intake and hydration. Evaporate already contains 120mg caffeine plus green tea and yerba mate, so stacking it with a high-stim pre-workout can push caffeine too high while also increasing the risk of feeling dehydrated or flattened out.

Why is taurine included in a water-loss formula?

Taurine helps regulate cellular volume and works with electrolytes in hydration management. That makes mechanistic sense in a diuretic formula, although the label does not disclose the exact taurine dose, so we cannot confirm whether it reaches the 1,000-3,000mg range commonly used in studies.

Is the label fully transparent?

Partially. The product fully discloses doses for Vitamin B6, magnesium, dandelion, uva ursi, nasturtium, horsetail, and caffeine, but green tea extract, yerba mate extract, taurine, celery, and parsley are not individually quantified due to the proprietary blend.

Can beginners use Evaporate?

It is better suited to intermediate users who understand hydration, caffeine tolerance, and the difference between temporary water loss and actual fat loss. A beginner expecting a simple weight-loss product could easily misuse or misunderstand what it is built to do.

How quickly will I notice Evaporate working?

Most users first notice increased urination within the first few hours. The visual effects — less bloating, a tighter midsection, and a drier look — are typically the next thing noticed if excess water retention was the issue.

Does Evaporate need to be cycled?

It does not require a classic loading or saturation cycle because none of its main actives build up over weeks the way creatine or beta-alanine do. It is best used strategically for short-term water management rather than continuously as an everyday lifestyle supplement.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
