Comfort / Control
Three size options help your staff maintain better control during common positioning needs:
- Small: Commonly placed under the resident’s feet, typically used alongside a large slide sheet when moving a resident in a prone position.
- Medium: Intended for positioning the resident’s hips and mid-section; can also be used for repositioning smaller and/or shorter residents in prone positioning tasks.
- Large: Intended for lateral repositioning of average to tall residents in prone position applications.
Why Hoyer® Slide Sheets Do Not Have Handles
- Handles can promote poor ergonomic posture by forcing caregivers to grip by handle placement.
- Handles may harbor infectious bacteria in seams and attachment points.
- High-temperature washing and drying can distort or shrink handles, making them difficult to use over time.

Not as supportive as expected

I had expected a more fitted and supportive sock. These were replacing some older ones that apparently UA doesn't make anymore. Next time I will look into a more running specific brand. After wearing them a bit more, the fit is loose, there isn't much compression or support, and the light gray looks unclean. They are soft, but that's about it.

Great feel, amazing tech, and perfect fit

I've been purchasing the white w/grey toe socks for most of my adult life. Never really understood why I'd want anything else. Saw these as an Amazon suggestion one day and figured I'd give them a shot. Oh my freaking feet have never been happier!!!
I imagine that the fabrics used by UA to wick away sweat and odor are what makes these socks so comfortable, but I would be lying if I said I understood why they were so amazing. They slip on effortlessly and hug your foot throughout the day. Unlike the socks I used to purchase, these do not lose their shape after a full day of wear and exercise. They also have ample thickness to protect my feet while I'm running from any rubbing or hot spots from my shoes. I imagine this has a lot to do with the fact that they maintain their shape and do not move/slip around while wearing.
I was a bit hesitant to purchase black running socks at first, but they hide right below my shoe line and are even less noticeable than my old white w/grey toe socks I used to purchase. I am not certain what "charged cotton" means, but if it means amazing feel, great features (wick away sweat; fight odor), and all for a reasonable price. I'm in.
Overall, if you're looking for a nice pair of socks to wear throughout the day or while doing your workout, you would be remiss in not giving these UA socks a shot.
