The book of Daniel is to the Old Testament what the book of Revelation is to the New Testament – a clear vision of the future glory of Christ – and yet has often been muddied by controversy and competing interpretations. Brian Russell guides us carefully through the text and context of Daniel, to restore the vision of God’s extraordinary power that it presents. He shows us how the book of Daniel can remind us of God’s sovereignty in the calamities of the world, God’s wisdom against all the knowledge of the world, and points us to Christ, God’s light in this world, that will never be put out.

______________

Brian A. Russell entered the pastoral ministry in 1962. He has served churches in South Africa, where he was born, Zimbabwe, and Virginia, USA, where he now lives. He is the author of a number of books, including Saved by Grace from First to Last and Behold My Servant. He and his wife Muriel have three grown children.

______________

“It’s not easy to find sound biblical exposition with accurate theological thinking in these days. This is especially true in the field of Eschatology. Brian Russell impressed me so much with his earlier book ‘Christ’s Return as King of Kings’ that I immediately prescribed it as an essential reader for the Eschatology course at our Theological Seminary. Many students have reported that they were able to understand the subject for the first time because of Brian Russell’s thorough grasp of the text. May this publication on the book of Daniel be as useful a tool in the hands of many preachers as much as all his publications have been.” Professor Martin H. Pohlmann, North West University and Randburg Baptist College, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Get these! You won't regret it!
These are my go-to winter shoes! They are waterproof- I love them bc they don't look like your typical "rainboots"! Stylish- I get compliments everytime I wear them! Comfortable- first time I wore them they were tight through the middle of my foot, but after two wears I had them nice and broke in, now my most comfortable shoes!

So nice but not a good fit on my foot
I love these boots so much, they’re exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, they are too big in the heel and flop, while too tight in the toe. I know the toe would stretch with wear, but can’t deal with a floppy heel, they pulled my socks down off my feet. I do have narrow feet. Too bad, I’m so disappointed! They seem well made and would go with everything. Comfortable, too, if they fit right.

Best boots I have ever purchased
I do appraisal work so I was looking for something cute/professional yet durable and rugged for when I work outside in all types of weather. Found it! So comfortable, so cute, and waterproof. I wear them most days for both office work and inspection work. I range between 8.5-9 and I got a 9 and they fit great both with thin socks or thick socks. I very highly recommend.

Perfect for travel... very comfortable!
These things are amazing! I bought these a couple weeks before a trip to Italy and had planned on doing a lot of walking in them. I only got to wear them a couple times before we went on our trip, but no blisters, even during LOTS of walking in them on the trip! They wore in super quickly while still keeping their durability. My feet stay dry even in lots of rain. The photos show the wear on them after a few months, including a couple weeks of travel, and weeks of wear around town. My only complaint is that there is a tiny something (a little knot of thread with glue? not sure...) that is at the top of the opening of the boot, and it rubs the back of my ankle and makes a sore. That isn't enough to make me not wear them though. There's a photo that shows this. As you can see it's super tiny, and probably not even a flaw, it just hits my ankle *just* right so that it rubs.
