Its sturdy magnesium alloy chassis helps to keep the weight down without sacrificing strength, while its micro-bridge design frees up more space on the optical tubes for improved grip strength and stability. The binocular is wrapped in a protective rubber armor with textured palm pads that provide a non-slip grip even in cold and wet weather. Each optical tube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof, and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditions.
