It promotes a healthy bone structure due to the presence of high amount of calcium and iron that not only help build strong bones, but also prevents the loss of bone density, further increasing overall stamina and health.

Origin information: Grown, dehydrated, and ground in Auroville, India.

Usage: 1/2 teaspoon can be sprinkled on the food or taken in a sip of water after a meal. Making a decoction: Take 1 teaspoon of dehydrated neem leaves powder into 2 big cups of water. Let it boil on a low flame for 15 minutes or until it reduces by half and you get one cup remaining. Leave it to cool down with the powder and when the temperature feels right to drink, strain the powder. Take between 50-100ml per day (not more than 3 months consecutively)
