What's the Origin of Stirling Engine Fan?

In 1816, Reverend Robert Stirling invented the stirling engine to function as a safer source of generating power than the steam engine, which is also called ‘hot air engine fans’. During the 1800s, it was popular and used the world over in areas where there was no electricity. However it began to disappear after 1900's for the fossil fuel was common used.

Stirlingkit team is inspired by the antique models and designed our stirling engine fans with precision engineering details. It can bring you back to a bygone era and is a perfect collection for those retro home decorators, antique fan collectors, and model engine collectors.

How Does it Work?

The stirling engine obtains its power from rapidly heating and cooling the same volume of air. When the air is heated, it expands, pushing a piston upward; when the same volume of air is rapidly cooled, it contracts, pulling the same piston downward, providing power. The same volume of air is heated and cooled very rapidly converting the heat energy to mechanical energy used to turn the fan blade.

How to Start it?

The stove fan does not require any electricity nor batteries. It's self powered just from the heat of the alchohol lamp or kerosene. Its working at the temperature of above 110°C, and it can work on any wood burner, alcohol, kerosene and other fuels or coal-burning stoves. It runs quietly and smoothly. The piston reciprocates up and down while the fan rotates. It feels like a mechanical industry.

Ignite the alcohol lamp, put it in the stove, about one to two minutes, and then turn the fan by hand, and then it can be started. The fan runs at about 500-800 RPM and blows a nice breeze considering it's small size.

Q&A:

Q: Regarding the Stirling engine stove fan: Can I place it on an actual hot stovetop? I want to put it on the wood stove that I run.
A:In theory, it is possible to do it, but pls controll the flame well, and avoid too strong the firepower. The fan will stop running under the extreme high temperature If the flame burns to the power cylinder. What's worse, If the temperature continues to rise, it will damage the internal sealing parts of the fan.

Must get!, Great interaction, mind stimulation
Color: Orange
Love this my pup can't get enough. My pup loves this and is hard on it. She throws it all around chases it and guards it like it is her child. It is strong, sturdy easy to charge and fun to watch her engage with it. Definitely must have and I will buy more. It shakes and rolls around, it walks itself and engages the pup to chase. The design is spectacular. It is light weight and the noise level is typical of a toy engaging response.

Good quality and definitely worth it for energetic dogs.
Color: Orange
The automatic moving and rolling action really grabs my dog’s attention, and the rope adds extra fun for chasing and playing. It helps reduce boredom and keeps my dog mentally stimulated, especially when indoors. The motion activation works well, and it’s a fun and engaging toy overall.

my dogs love it
Color: Orange
This interactive toy has been a lifesaver for keeping my furry friend occupied. It moves around in unpredictable ways, which really keeps him engaged and guessing. The rope attachment is a nice touch, allowing for a bit of tug-of-war when he's feeling energetic. It's durable enough to withstand his enthusiastic play, which is a huge plus. I've noticed he's less anxious and destructive when I'm not home since he has this to play with. Definitely a great purchase for any dog owner looking to provide some mental stimulation.

How many dog toys have you bought that just laid on the floor unused?
Color: Orange
New husky has more energy than an entire pre-school - even being walked more than three miles a day wasn’t sufficient to drain her excess energy. I threw the dice on this - and it’s AWESOME. Comes with an extra rope and an extra side piece. Rechargeable with a USB-C cable. When you turn it on, the blue LEDs flash, the entire device buzzes, bounces, and races back and forth across the floor. After a couple of days of uncertainty, my new husky LOVES this. She chases it around, grabs it by the attached rope and carries it from room to room. After a short bit of activity, the toy goes into ‘sleep’ mode, until either the dog touches it again or a timer has elapsed, and then it fires up and starts buzzing and racing around the floor again. From a full charge, the toy will keep your dog entertained all day. Bright orange color makes it much easier to find when it’s rolled behind the toilet (as it did this afternoon). Sturdy. Highly resistant to chew damage. If this one wears out or breaks, I’ll absolutely get another one.

Puppy interactive toy
Color: Orange, Color: Orange
It’s a great toy as it keeps my 5 month old puppy very entertained! It is pretty hardy and made of good material as she tries to throw it around and chew it. She does swing it around and the hard part will hit her. She doesn’t seem bothered by it tho lol good size and minimum noise When I first introduced her to it she was a little scared but now she gets excited to play with it once it finishes charging.
