The Yoshihiro Ginsan Semi-stainless steel Mioroshi Deba is complemented by a traditional Japanese-style handcrafted Shitan Rosewood handle, providing a comfortable and elegant grip. Each knife is also accompanied by a wooden Saya knife cover, which helps protect the blade and adds to its appearance when not in use.
The Mioroshi Deba is a longer and sleeker version of the classic Deba knife, designed with enough heft to filet whole fish and cut through fish cartilage and bones.
