Il Trento Riserva Dosaggio Zero DOC di Maso Martis nasce da uve chardonnay e pinot nero lavorate separatamente; il pinot nero viene vinificato solo in acciaio, mentre lo chardonnay fermenta e affina in barriques.

Al palato è fresco, di gradevole sapidità ed ottimo equilibrio.Il Trento Riserva Dosaggio Zero DOC di Maso Martis nasce da uve chardonnay e pinot nero lavorate separatamente; il pinot nero viene vinificato solo in acciaio, mentre lo chardonnay fermenta e affina in barriques. Dopo la preparazione della cuvée, il successivo imbottigliamento e una permanenza sui lieviti di almeno 36 mesi, si ottiene un Metodo Classico dal carattere deciso, intenso sia al naso che al palato, elegante e di grande armonia.
Ottimo anche a tutto pasto, si sposa bene con piatti a base di pesce e con i crostacei; da provare in accompagnamento ai salumi.
