INSTRUCTIONS
Wet toothbrush and tap off excess water. Dip toothbrush bristles in the powder or sprinkle powder on to toothbrush bristles. Gently brush teeth. For areas of decay, brush lightly or pack product directly onto teeth and leave on for desired amount of time to treat. Rinse well. Avoid getting water in the jar. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Patient heal yourself
Format: Kindle
I felt this book is a strong path towards healing your body via energy centers in your body. I read this book twice because there was so much good information to get out of it. I am currently applying it to some of my own health issues. It is very organized. Explaining the theory behind the Energy Code. Then it explains the process of the body and how they align with your energy centers your Chakras. Then it goes through techniques and suggestions finally it gives you a catalog of ailments and how to apply the Energy Code.
I highly recommend this book. The authors have done truly loving and endearing work with this book. It will be with me always.
