Al naso si distinguono profumi di fiori di tiglio, note di frutta gialla e tocchi agrumati, echi minerali; al sorso è fresco, avvolgente, intenso, di buona persistenza.Prodotto in Sicilia dalla cantina Tenuta delle Terre Nere, l'Etna Bianco Superiore è ricavato esclusivamente da uve carricante provenienti da vigne tra i 50 e gli 80 anni di età, poste a circa 750 metri sul livello del mare, sul vulcano. In seguito all'accurata vendemmia e alla vinificazione, il vino affina per circa 10 mesi in tonneaux di rovere francese, a cui seguono otto mesi in bottiglia. Concentrato, fruttato e sapido, è un ottima rappresentazione delle potenzialità di un grande terroir.
Si abbina con pesci al forno e con primi piatti a base di molluschi.

Muy malo, no vine completo, además se demoró mucho más de lo que decía al momento de comprarlo. Solo aplazaban la fecha de entrega sin consultar cómo afectaba al cliente. Yo tuve que presentar el examen sin el libro, porque no llegó en la fecha que decía al comprarlo y después se cambió 3 veces la fecha, casi cumpliendo el mes.

Great read. Tons of info.

We really like this book. A great background and detailed info on this topic. Really like the real-world examples and application. Pretty exhaustive, as far as that is possible given the topic. Also, quite easy to read, although I confess that if from an engineer's perspective.
