This one came to us without a power adapter so we've been using it with a universal power supply we keep around our shop. New adapters are available online for around $10 - since we sell internationally and different countries require different adapters, it's being sold without an adapter, so you'll need to provide your own. If you're buying this unit and need help finding one, please let us know.
This unit came to us in relatively shape, but we paid our tech for a couple hours of skilled labor to make it even better. Servicing included cleaning this unit inside and out, cleaning the battery terminals, cleaning and lubricating all potentiometers for crackle free performance, reflowing solder joints we often see malfunction (as a preventative measure).

Much like the classic TR-909, this MIDI drum machine is a classic. Used on countless pop, techno, house, new wave, synthpop, hip hop and other recordings from the mid 80s thru today. Its appearance and user interface are best compared to that of the 909. It's a great studio drum machine but also an excellent portable live tool with the ability to trigger external sounds on a MIDI sampler or synth - perfect for the gigging techno musician.
