To ensure that exercises are as effective as possible, the TheraBand Ankle and Wrist Weights feature an adjustment strap. This helps you get a perfect fit to ensure that the weight stays in place during exercise.
Featuring a neoprene exterior and a terrycloth interior, the weights are also incredibly comfortable to wear, helping you feel at ease using the weights. Additionally, the terrycloth interior also helps to absorb moisture, reducing sweat build-up for even more comfort.
