Created from the most detailed USGS topographic maps (1:24,000), this map is waterproof and features GPS grid lines every 15 seconds.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This map was created from USGS topographic maps that, although current, may be many years old. In order to provide a basic map of this lake which has been overlooked by traditional lake map publishers, we have taken the USGS 1:24,000 topographic map data and overlayed it with a latitude/longitude grid spaced every 15 seconds to facilitate very precise GPS locating. USGS topos typically show roadways of all types (although only highways are labeled), bridges, buildings, etc., and of course, topography. We have not added any information that is not on the USGS maps.

Four Views on the Book of Revelation
Format: Kindle
Very thorough and even handed. Good selection of authors to represent various interpretive/ millenial systems. More depth on hermeneutics would have been useful as this is what generates the vast differences in opinions. Introductory coverage of different theological systems prior to the exposition of Revelation is helpful. Good intro to the topic for anyone who wants to get started and good selection of additional reading to supplement the positions taken.

Preterist view
Format: Kindle
I have never been exposed to the preterist view before. Very intriguing, but not long enough. And self referencing in some spots, seems like they think that you should know what they are talking about. For preterist view that is not always the case.
I still don't get the postmil view.

Great book to compare different views on Revelation

Great book to learn more about contrasting views on the book of Revelation. Unfortunately many Evangelicals do not realize that there are different ways in which the book of Revelation has been approached by Christians. This is a good primer to this discussion.

Easy Read with good case studies!!
Format: Paperback
I had to purchase this for my Advanced Pathophysiology class in my Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program. It is very easy to understand and have pretty good case studies. I like that the CD that accompanies the book goes into some detail in explaining the cases further and the disease processes without giving you the answers to the questions. It stimulates one to think!! Once this class is over I will go back from time to time to review!!
