This vest is For persons 16 years of age and older and weighing over 80 lbs. It is not recommended for non-swimmers or weak swimmers. This vest provides a minimum buoyancy of 22.5 lbs. when inflated. For replacement CO2 cartridge, use Onyx A/M-24 Rearming Kit #1352. This life vest is a U.S. Coast Guard Approved inflatable life jacket.- Convertible from automatic/manual to manual only inflation

Perfectly good starter

Though I'm sure this was a good starter it looked great I'm sure it would have worked perfectly however because of some problems with my engine and bolts being stripped out in my motor I had to return it but there was nothing wrong with the starter just wouldn't fit
