I'm cleaning out the garage, I am planning on  creating a Barbarian Garage training area. I have my work cut out. While I'm cleaning I'm coming across some gems.  This Inch dumbbell trainer was one of my earlier pieces.  What makes this one unique is that it starts out at 100 lbs. I made a 2.47" stainless steel handle(it has a nice grip cut into the metal) and each 8" globe has half open loading space. The reason it is small compared the real Inch dumbbell is I welded 2 hemispheres to the handle, filled both halves and handle with melted lead, then finished the dumbbell with the other spheres and 2 thick strength bands.  The whole dumbbell with take approx 50 lbs of steel shot making total weight 150 lbs, or lead shot which should take this up to approx 170 lbs.  If you want a piece of SG history and a sweet Inch Dumbbell trainer, this could be yours.
